Very nice property!!! Rooms are very nice and the lobby is all new and modern! Nice bar downstairs. Didn't try the breakfast as we left for our flight real early. The only slight inconvenience is there's verrry little parking because they allow people to leave their cars there ($10/day) while they're on vacation. BUT you can park in the restaurant lot next to the hotel which was very nice. Will definitely stay again if in town.

Parking was a nigh**are. There is literally nowhere to park in their parking lot due to the contracting they have with Park and fly. I came back from a Broadway show almost 11 at night and had to drive around looking for a spot for 30 mins,ultimately having to park in an unsafe area off the property.

Staff were great, room was nice. Unfortunately there is no room service even though it is posted on the website and there is a room service button on the room phone. Parking was a nigh**are.

The morning that I left I found a note on my car to register it for parking. Nothing was said about it when I checked into the hotel.

The property was convenient and accessible to the airport, which I appreciated.
The shower door in my room did not close and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold. I also wish that the airport shuttle was available after 11pm upon my arrival. Upon my departure, I had made a 7:30 shuttle reservation upon check-in and after checking out at 7:30, asked about the shuttle. I was told that the driver had already left and would be returning. He did not return until 7:45, which caused me to be a few minutes to my connecting shuttle at the airport.

Bed was hard and so uncomfortable, super crabby lady at the desk at check in, holes in the pillows. Room is old and seemed dirty. Had to park far away and still had to pay for parking. We will never stay at this hotel again!!😡

A great place to stay when heading to or from the airport. Shuttle is awesome and convenient, rooms are nice and quiet. The public areas show some wear, but the staff was attentive and professional. Mall of America is a short drive away and, again, the shuttle makes it easy.
