The welcome is very unpleasant, not even a good evening, the welcome is very cold, our first image is negative, then she opens the room for us, the state of the room is horrible, zero hygiene level, the sheets, inside the bed full of yellow stains dirty see photo and even a cotton swab and tweezers, the smell of the room takes over the nose, I advise you not to come.

Horrible environment the hotel senses humidity the rooms are not worthy of a hotel the rooms are not even clean the toilets and showers are really not clean at all the person at reception is rude and the refund will never be made so I will tell you strongly advise against it

To flee !!!! We paid between 40/42 euros on the Accor website, when we arrived, the man at reception asked us to pay a second time under the pretext that it was to confirm the debit via the Accor website. This man then told us that in the event of X2 withdrawals we would be reimbursed. Since May, we have sent several emails to get reimbursed, the hotel asked us for proof then ended up sending us that the reimbursement is in the hands of the accountant, that we would shortly receive our 40 euros ( July). No more news from this hotel, despite several emails sent since no response, total ignorance!!!!!! TO ESCAPE URGENTLY! REAL SCAMMERS!!! A SHAME !!!

Bad hotel but we knew about it. The toilets and bathrooms are very camping and are clearly in the middle of the hotel corridor. The room was clean and well heated. On the other hand, we can hear everything that's happening nearby (snoring, guys talking loudly on the phone at 1am oklm, people moving things around in their rooms...). I didn't know about F1 because I never sleep in a hotel, but I will know what to bring next time to increase my comfort.... The 35€ nevertheless does its job for the little we asked for (to rest for a few hours before hitting the road again)

A arrivee on nous a fait régler un petit déjeuner en plus . Nous avions payer à avance la nuit pour 5 et petit dej. Et on demande a régler un autre petit dej. Arrivée dans les chambres, le lit en hauteur il y avait juste une couette mais pas de housse de couette. On a demandé on nous a répondu qu ils n en mettait pas, ils se sont pas foulés. Le matin au petit dej on avait demandé à quelle heure ça commençait on nous avait répondu à partir de 6h30. Et quand nous sommes arriver pour petit déjeuner, la personne nous dit c est 7h30 normalement en week end. Et dans la chambre une odeur horrible d urine obliger ouvrir la fenêtre. Les oreillers tout mou, dans la chambre deux personnes juste traversin à partager à deux pas oreiller . Le chocolat plus de la flotte, pas bon du tout, juste Brioche, pas de yaourt, de croissant , et jus orange pas bon du tout. Honteux . Et les toilettes sont sur le fond du couloir, ainsi que douches communes mais pas très clean. Vraiment décevant . Je deconseille cet hôtel. Nous n y reviendrons pas.

Je suis déjà venu plusieurs fois ici , j'ai presque toujours été satisfait. Mais cette fois il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes, je constate une très nette baisse de qualité. -les codes ne fonctionnent pas pour ouvrir les chambres, obligation de s'adresser au personnel à chaque fois que l'on veut rentrer... -pas de serviette, pas de gobelet pour boire un verre d'eau, se laver les dents -la télé fonctionne mais les chaines sont toutes déréglées -petit déjeuner peu copieux : un peu de pain et pain de mie, pas de brioche, gâteaux, viennoiseries, laitages, fruits -pas de lumière dans une toilette En l'état je déconseille cet hotel
