Affordable and best to stay with family. I had time to relax, the staff were excellent and came to check tike and again if we needed more help that they can offer. The food were well prepared, tasty and the breakfast menu was appetizing and had a variety to choose from.

The noise from the other rooms, you can hear someone flushing, the beds were bad. You have to sleep by the edge, otherwise, you roll down to the middle

We had a great evening with my wife, 2 sons and my nephew. We enjoy watching TV, shower and the special unique pork ribs with chips together with green salad.

Awful, the place needs to be revamped. There is this awkward smell that you can't even shake off. I had to keep the windows open. Old furniture, I was on a business trip but I couldn't even work as the office chair was broken and you couldn't sit on it comfortably. The toilet is worse it smells. The place is so dirty.

I liked the neatness, most of all their breakfast . I will definately recommend it to someone. I was there for 2 nights and I can assure you that it is such a good or let me say a perfect place to be. It is located inside the mall so it is easy to purchase what ever you want.

My booking experience with Bon Hotel was very bad. From the moment I stepped in from the underground parking door; the entrace was quite dirty and is smelled a fouly smell. The staff looked a bit confused when checking me in as I don't know if they are new or not. I was given the room keys and went upstairs to the 7th floor with a lift and I release also that the lift is not in a good hygienic order. Upon entering the room, it had a bad stench of smell similar to smoking ( although the hotel claims that all their rooms have a non smoking policy). Mop water stains were all over the floor, quality of the bed poor even the smell of the white sheets were unbearable due to the unhygienic conditions. I just took my luggage and went out to book myself at another Hotel. Till today I am still waiting for my refund and the institution is playing mind games. The receptionists could also not make any informed decisions on how to handle my complaint and they just let me go without any amicable resolution. To be honest; I am quite traumatized by this bad experience I have had with this Bon Hotel Hygienic conditions and would not recommend it to anyone even with its attractive low booking fees. The place is not being properly taken care of in terms of cleaning upkeep and other maintenance. ( The speed phone was also not working even in the room)
