This was such a disappointment, we booked an executive Suite for R2233 for the night. The website said, slippers and hairdryer in the suite, none of that was available. The toilet in the bathroom was leakung all over the floor. The phone was not working as well. When I went down to reception to talk to the Manager on duty, she was also not on site. They called her and she laughed about this. So at half past nine at night, we were tired, disgusted and furios with no service. It was supposed to be a romantic evening away, but urned out to be a disaster. If we camped in a tent, it would have been much better. Management needs to step up and provide what is promised and paid for. I would seriously advice people not to stay here at all!!!!!

The rooms are very neat and the facilities are upmarket and trendy. Wonderful roof top bar and safe parking. Great value for money. The area is not the best but with safe access and parking there is no concerns.

Reservamos pelo ******* dois apartamentos neste hotel, para uma noite, sendo 1 para casal e 1 para solteiro. O pagamento foi feito pela plataforma, mas quando chegamos lá, a recepcionista nos disse que tínhamos que pagar novamente porque não estava pago ainda. Apesar de nossa insistência de que o pagamento já tinha sido feito, ela se recusou a fazer nosso checkin sem que pagássemos novamente. Sem 4G no momento e sem a senha da Wi-Fi do hotel, pagamos de novo as diárias, confiando que haveria estorno dos valores duplicados tão logo ficasse esclarecido o mal entendido. Pois estamos esperando até hoje o ressarcimento. Quase 5 meses. Nem atendem mais nossas ligações.
