The hotel itself was a very pleasant stay, but could have been much better if the air conditioner was working and a stronger wifi signal. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stinky dirty carpets, no bar fridges in the rooms, the pool was also dirty, aircon was not working. Their bar was always out of stock. What a disaster of a hotel 😥

Good Morning Sir/Madam, The place was ok except you guys double booked and charged me twice hence I am asking for total refund on the other room mistakenly booked but canceled before occupying only one room. We also suggest you have microwave and room fridge in each room as common standard for modern hotels. I was asked to cancel by your staff at the reception before he books me in physical when I arrived because he found your system has double booked and double charged me. So kindly know I never cancelled because I am not arriving but because your system that intentionally delays processing so that at the back end those "dark room crawlers" can force a person be booked twice or more and then say you can only pay some of the amount and not the total. Like I said I don't want it to be handled by my lawyers so kindly please refund me the total amount into the same account it was taken from. Your soonest conformation of refund will be appreciated. Thanks

The hotel itself is not too bad but the service is horrible, the staff at reception is rude and we waited 30 minutes to check in. We showered with cold water in the morning after I called reception to ask what the problem was and I was told maintenance would look into it, but that never happened. I will never book there again!

Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The guests that were at the hotel before me were so unbelievably loud until after 1am, management were very poor in getting them to be quiet or able to move me to a different floor. Saturday morning I had no water in my room and had to shower in a colleagues room. Saturday evening my toilet wouldnt fill up with water and reception asked me to wait until the next day before they sorted it out. When I insisted they sent someone out, but only got it sorted after 11pm. Breakfast was very poor, food was cold and the juice concentrate was very warm. The oats they served was congealed in a bowl and they had grated polony as the cold meats option. The cucumbers and tomatoes looked like it had been standing there for so long as it was dried! I do not recommend this place!

The President hotel in Bloemfontein was the worst hotel to sleep in in a while. The carpets in all the three rooms we booked were unbearably dirty. Save for the clean bedding, I would have walked out and slept in the street. They changed me to a better room when i insisted only to find that the door does not lock. My worst experience in a while.
