The welcome from reception was excellent - room clean and spacious. Fantastic location overlooking the gardens and a bench dedicated to Princess Diana. Five minute walk to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent value for money - highly recommend

This was the best motel we have stayed at for a long time. The service was 10/10. Michelle went out of her way to provide us with the best hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. We were unsure if we were going to stay a third night depending if we could get a ferry sailing. Michelle held the room for us until it was confirmed we couldn’t get an earlier sailing. Mary, the owner, organized it so that we didn’t have to move rooms given we had to stay a night longer. Definitely highly recommend for high quality service and very nice and clean rooms.

Clean beds, kitchen and bathroom, easy check in. Quiet room unable to operate air con so we left door to lounge open which kept us cool. Fine for a single night. Good wifi

The room was well maintained and comfortable. The property is in easy walking distance to restaurants and the Woolworths, if you want to pick up any food or drink items.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Very close to Taylor River which has a nice path to walk upon.
