Just returned from a 2 night stay in a glamping tent at the Beautiful Garden Village. The whole stay was magical from start to finish, attention to every detail. The staff, facilities and food were beyond amazing. Lake Bled is outstanding and utterly breathtaking. Our only regret is not staying longer. Thank you Garden Village, a trip my family will never forget!

We ordered a burger with fries. We waited 25 minutes to be prepared even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. If the burger patty can be cooked well done, medium, medium rare or even rare; I can say my was not even rare. It was probably on the grill for 1 minute. The waiter saw the meat was completelly undercooked and took the plate back to the chef. Then she came back asking if we want it well done - I replied that we want it to be at least medium rare, but medium would be good. Again we waited 25 minutes and what we received - a "perfect" well done burger. On top, the fries were undercooked. Compliments to the chef for not being able to cook a normal burger patty. Disaster!

Loved this place! Beautiful spot, gorgeous gardens, nice spot to sit by the river or freshwater pool. We stayed in a "glamping tent" and it was huge and comfortable. Terrific food at the restaurant. It's a compact little resort but doesn't feel crowded.

The hotel property is beautiful. At night very noisy with frogs and nature. Front desk does have earplugs if you request them. We stayed in one of the apartments. When shown the room, the jetted tub was highlighted. When asked the following day how to start it the receptionist explained it had not worked for over a week. Our suggestion, is limit expectations, instead of highlighting features that are out of service. No discount given on room. Glamping tents looked lovely. Breakfast plentiful. Close walk to lake Bled, it is off the beaten tract which is nice.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. So relaxed, took a treehouse, which the kids were delighted with. Food was excellent and staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful, love the kitchen garden. The fire pit was also a great way to end the evening. Should have booked 2 nights in hindsight.

We only ate in the restaurant, but were so impressed I had to write a review! One of the best meals we had in all of Slovenia, Trout mousse with local honey, butter and radishes as a starter, with delicious seedy bread and seasonal pumpkin curls. The soup served over peas and green onions was superb! And we shared the entree of local belted pork and vegetables. Excellent service and very good local wines to accompany the meal. Would definitely recommend! And I'd go back (and stay there!) because the rooms and property look intriguing and unique.

We stayed one night for a wedding. The service was exceptional with brilliant attention to details. The glamping tent was very luxurious, with a hot tub and beautiful interiors. The play facilities for the children were great, with a playground and indie play area. The food was great

What an amazing experience and mini holiday! We spent 2 days in Tent no 5 and enjoyed it completely. After a long tour through north Italy we were looking for 2 days of relaxing and chill out. Very spacious, big tent, 2 beds and sofa bed, nice bathroom and toilet. Towels provided. AC if needed available. Total privacy and beautiful garden. We did not fill up wooden bath however once we are back we will try it too. Other parts of camp have different tents and treehouses but with sharing bathrooms and toilets. Restaurant for breakfast is good and food is fine, we did not have dinner there. Tap water is fine for drinking. Staff is very welcoming and polite! Location is less than 10 minutes easy walk to the lake. They are family friendly and many happy people and children are around the complex. Area is amazing for hiking, walking, cycling.. you can even swim in the lake. Little tips: If you are coming from Italy by train later than 9pm and get off at Jezero Bled make sure you have taxi arrangement in place since there is no even light on the station and looks very scary but apparently very safe area. Also for very late arrival after 9pm make sure you have some food with you, most restaurants are closing at 10 and shops are not open too.
