I had reached out in writing to explain the unfortunate circumstances that led to the cancellation of my reservation. Despite this communication, I did not receive a response, and to my dismay, I discovered that the room was charged to my account, even though the hotel was able to resell it for the same date. I understand and acknowledge the terms of the non-refundable booking option, and I recognize that the hotel was within its rights to enforce this policy. However, it is deeply disappointing that my attempt to engage in a respectful dialogue and seek a potential resolution was met with silence.

Great place. It is situated near the centre which is great. The room is beautiful. We also have breakfast there, which is also very good. There was a lot of options. In the same house there is a restaurant where we ate two times.

WOW! 5* service, delicious food, great value. We came as a group of 20 friends and the restaurant seated us without hassle. The waiter was amazing, so attentive and drinks arrived immediately! Food was fresh and tasty. Restaurant was happy to seat us out the way so that we could have some fun and not disrupt other guests!

The place itself is good, but the hosts aren’t. The guest is made to pay the extra cost of the misinformation given by the host, despite the fact that they admitted the mistake. I find that really unfair.

Hotel molto carino, arredamento stile tirolese, camera ampia e ben arredata. Buona posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago, valore aggiunto il parcheggio incluso, che a Bled non è poca cosa!! Colazione varia ed abbondante sia nel salato che nel dolce. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto a Bled, dove l’unica cosa che non paghi è l’aria. Consigliato!

Hotel caratteristico, tutto in legno e a circa 200 metri dal lago. Molto carino ed abbastanza pulito. Se si vuole, si può cenare al ristorante interno. I piatti sembrano tipici. Noi abbiamo mangiato bene. Il servizio purtroppo non è presentissimo, almeno il cameriere che ci ha serviti. L’hotel dispone di parcheggio all’aperto riservato…molto comodo. Unica pecca, è l’assenza di ascensore, ma ovviamente solo nel caso vi fossero necessità particolari, in quanto si tratta di salire un solo piano. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e Bled, merita di essere visitata.

Arrivati a Bled abbiamo senza una sistemazione, abbiamo trovato on line il Central Bled House. Prenotando al momento abbiamo ricevuto uno sconto e invece di pagare 90€ abbiamo pagato 72 (diviso per 2).struttura a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago, camera molto confortevole e personale gentilissimo. Molto valido anche il loro ristorante.
