Très déçue!! Chambre n'en parlons pas atroce et en arrivant on vous annonce pas de restaurant car plus de cuisinier!!donc faire une dizaine de kilomètres pour Puy en Velay et ne trouver qu'une brasserie degueulasse!! Le p'tit dej très limite également!! Je ne m'attendais pas à ça du tout et n'y retournerai plus jamais!! À éviter au max!!

Nous étions de passage au Puy-En-Velay pour la soirée et nous avions besoin d'une chambre où dormir, tous les hôtels de la ville étant complets nous nous sommes dirigé vers cet hôtel qui a attendu notre arrivée tard le soir afin de pouvoir nous permettre d'avoir un endroit où dormir. Cela prouve de la grande générosité et du grand professionnalisme de cet hôtel. Au niveau de la chambre, certe la déco est un peu ancienne mais très honnêtement cela n'est même pas un critère lorsque cet hôtel nous "sauve" d'une nuit à la belle étoile. La literie et les serviettes étaient très propres également. Très court séjour mais très agréable tout de même.

Pas de restauration, literie très mauvaise, pas d'eau chaude, pas de pile dans la télécommande de la TV donc pas de TV. Pas de sèche cheveux fonctionnel.
Hôtel laissé à l'abandon pourquoi 3 étoiles ?
Impropre à accueillir de la clientèle.
