Hotel Beach Palace

The accommodation features a delightful breakfast buffet with varied options and friendly service. Guests appreciate the cozy rooms with fantastic views and comfortable beds. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Room was excellent - very clean and nice fresh sheets, towels and clean bathroom and nice complimentary toiletries. The toilet actually was in a seperate room to the shower/bathroom. There was kettle and coffee maker (for pods) which was great The views of the beach were fantastic from the room from the big windows and the breakfast selection in the morning was excellent. The staff were nice and helpful the pool, although small, was nice and clean and looked well maintained and modern. Jacuzzis looked good but didnt go in them as they were in constant use location is great as easy walking distance to harbour and restaurants and everything else had to offer. Reception staff were helpful in deciding where to park when we were checking in - suggested parking outside rather than in their car park as worked out cheaper things I wasnt impressed with: - some wires hanging and protruding from the ceiling on various floors - looked dangerous and should be at least tidied - we used staircase a couple of times but on floor 3 was full decorating & building materials which could be health & safety issue - sausages and bacon appeared undercooked for the breakfast; minor gripe becuase the rest of the breakfast offering was excellent and lots of variety

Lovely hotel right on the seafront. We had a deluxe room on the 7th floor. The room was beautifully clean and bright and with amazing sea views and in there was a box of chocolates with a note wishing us a nice stay. On checking out we were also given a bag of gorgeous shortbread biscuits as a thank you. The staff were all extremely polite and friendly. We were only there for 3 nights and didn't have time to use the bar or restaurant so can't comment on those. We did pay for the on site parking which was quite expensive but we opted to park there as there is limited parking outside the hotel and we preferred the security of their car park.
