An architectes vision, not a pratical job. No rails in entry to swimming pool, nor for jacussi, nor for path. Looks good, but not practical for handicapped people, as I was when phoned to book, having been assured of the handicap facilities. The manager was the rudest woman I have met in many years, when I pointed out a mistake in the bill: €88 less 10% does not make €5. She told me I had a problem, but never even mentioned who she was. Not a good overall experience.

What a beautiful view from the room! The breakfast was also great! It is quiet right now at this beach front. The good restaurants are open during the weekends and the food is superb! I highly recommend it if you need quiet and like walking. Bring a good scarf and coat.

Lovely hotel right on the seafront. We had a deluxe room on the 7th floor. The room was beautifully clean and bright and with amazing sea views and in there was a box of chocolates with a note wishing us a nice stay. On checking out we were also given a bag of gorgeous shortbread biscuits as a thank you. The staff were all extremely polite and friendly. We were only there for 3 nights and didn't have time to use the bar or restaurant so can't comment on those. We did pay for the on site parking which was quite expensive but we opted to park there as there is limited parking outside the hotel and we preferred the security of their car park.

A very pleasant hotel indeed. The room and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, very good quality and variety. Excellent coffee. Walking distance to railway station for an 11 minute train to Bruge that goes every hour. Lifts are slow, separate toilet in room have rough floor and smell a bit - a better chemical should be used. Communication skills of reception and booking staff could be better - there was a misunderstanding regarding a price I was supposed to pay and an unnecessary argument arose. Eventually by booking directly at the hotel website I had the best price, as promised.

Wonderful location even in winter.Room on the 7th floor superior with Seaview was beautiful with a panoramic uninterrupted view of the North Sea and beach.Staff helpful and friendly .Room was well laid out with the bed pointing to the Seaview Settee and large screen tv along with coffee machine gave it a classy touch and a small box kf chocolate on the ved on arrival was a nice touch..Breakfast was great.Good choice and again a lovely Seaview from the seat near the window.My only gripe is the 30 euro a day parking fee.At the very least it should be golf this amount if not free for guests.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff were lovely and very helpful, they made sure our stay was perfect as it could be. Room was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had views across the ocean. Beds was comfortable and plenty of pillows. What more could you ask for.

Very nice 1 night stay at this hotel, booked a room with seaview and were upgraded to a junior suite, enjoyed the bath experience with view of the sea a lot! Very clean, nicely designed room with all you need at hand. Bed was large and comfortable. Royal and nice breakfast.
