Very nice beds, clean appartement. Nice coffeemachine, rather have some tea too...the keycards didn't work with the elevator of appartement visserstraat 101. You could not open the door to the room with the lift, really strange. A more clear plan of where all hotels were could have helped us betetr. Great breakfast, nice staff

Very good hotel with super breakfast with cava a volontè. Easy check in and out online. Friendly staff. Price vs quality: very good. Possibility to leave baggage in hotel before and after checkin/out.

The hotel was very clean, very good located, very friendful arbeiter. Only problem was parking place. It is not easy to find a parking place at that area. We were with our dog there, it was pet friendly hotel. Very close to seaside. They have the opportunity of open buffet breakfast.

The breakfast was nice. Otherwise : the room was small, the furniture was old or broken, we heard the music from the concert room (that was not indicated on the website), the refrigerator was not working We were not informed that our room gives access to a shared terrace, which can be either nice or noisy. The pool is not in the same building The parking neither and we were not informed that we had to book it. 30e/day We will not come back

Room not wel maintened, noisy because of engines on the roof, TV Box not attach, no reception after 17.30, ugly corridors to reach the room and so on... No extra comment needed... Deception with so much standards... 🤷♂️

The Hotel is very outdated and is not well maintained. Terrace is full of bird droppings. Moisture spots can be seen on the ceiling in the hallway. The room smelled very musty upon entering and was very basic for a star hotel. TV cables hanging loose. The toilet roll holder was loose. Very sloppy.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was not located in the hotel but in the visserstraat. Spacious and brand new. Perfectly located for a visit to Blankenbergen. Used swimmingpool and sauna of a nerby hotel of the same group. Friendly staff, well worth the money. Apartment needs a few more details taken care off. Towelhooks in kitchen, clothing cabinet in bedroom and shelfs in shower to place your bottles. Small details that will make it perfect when taken care off.

Horrible service
I was completely disappointed. I booked a room in a hotel and was "upgraded" to an apartment. That ment no service, there was no hairdryer or a water kettle. The hotel was supposed to have a pool etc. The front desk was closed so I had to check in and go for breakfast to a different hotel. The free parking apparently does not exist so I had to park (and pay) quite far away at a square and the staff in the other hotel could not do anything as they only give out the room key. If I wanted to stay in an empty apartment, I would have booked an Airbnb. Noone informed me of this change.
