Week long stay as a Luxury selection from diamond resorts. It was not luxury. I wished a sea view and got the back street. Negatives 1.The corridor was very dirty and scruffy and grafitted 2. Part of door frame fell off when walked by it in the apartment. 3.We had to rent towels at 5 euro a pack 4.The beds were not made when we arrived so I had to do that. Packs of bedding were laid on the bed. 5.The apartment was not cleaned in 7 day stay ( including sheets changing) 6.There was a Hoover in the corner and instruction to clean before we left. It was broken. 7. We used 1 roll of toilet roll that was provided and had to buy more. It was not provided 8. No toiletries 9. No air con. I don't consider this luxury. It's basic at best Positives Location great , shower room was lovely, nicely equipped kitchen

Little smaller than last one at "de panne" which was good value, here it's less ....but that is not realy the problem: it wasn't cleaned at all! Food and dust everywhere. The beds where suposed to be made as a gift they told us ...not! So if you don't mind to clean a small apparrtment for one hour, go for it. Oh yeah wificode doesn't work and no safe lock on the door so watch out!

The + Good condition, free WiFi, photo matches +- The - No towel or hand soap, we are told that we are on the second floor except that it is the ground floor which overlooks the sea but on the main road so curtains closed because otherwise we can be seen, tv not at all in front of the bed, nothing open to eat in the surrounding area, you have to take the train back to Bruges to eat, photos correspond + - to the apartment , kitchen with nothing in it, having to wash yourself and make the bed, schedule not flexible, water not good.

The apartments have basic equipment, but are clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back. The only downside is the long access code to enter the building and apartment. Air conditioning would make your stay even more pleasant in the summer months or in warm weather.

Booked this apartment on the recommendation of friends. No regrets. Upon arrival everything was super clean. Everything was fine, never expected this. Respect for the cleaning ladies who maintain these apartments. It was a pleasant stay and I definitely recommend it for a week in Blankenberge!

Very nice hotel. Even though I was only there for three days and therefore only had the opportunity to “observe” it more than that, I was very surprised. The rooms are modern and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the entire dike and a balcony. I expected little space and on the contrary, although there were 4 of us living there, we did not feel oppressed. However, the cleanliness needs to be reviewed (I happened to come across dust on the windows and the sheets). The adult beds are very large and comfortable but the bunk beds are very uncomfortable and there are few places. However, the price-quality ratio is more than fair. For a room for 4 facing the sea, we got it for only €300. This is why this hotel is worth the detour.

Das Hotel wurde von uns als großes Apartement mit Meerblick und 40 m² gebucht - erhalten haben wir Stadtansicht und einen Schlauch von Zimmer mit höchstens rund 30 m². Rezeption nur gebührenpflichtig zu erreichen und nicht in der Lage (oder auch nicht gewillt) Buchungen zu prüfen, da an einem normalen Werktag (Montags) das Büro gegen 15.00 Uhr nicht besetzt ist. Völlig überzogene Preisgestaltung bei Endreinigungskosten, wenn durch die Gäste ein Großteil der Arbeiten (Betten abziehen, Mülltüten zusammenstellen, usw.) selbst zu erledigen ist. Bei Nichtbeachtung diverser "Vorschriften" ein "Strafenkatalog" mit empfindlichen und in der Höhe unverschämten Gebühren, die in keinster Weise nachzuvollziehen sind. Einzig positiv ist die hervorragende Lage direkt am Strand und die wirklich guten Matrazen. In Anbetracht allerdings der auch anderweitig zur Verfügung stehenden anderen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten direkt am Strand kann man von einer Buchung nur abraten, bzw. nur anraten, sich schon bei der Buchung entsprechend abzusichern, damit die "Konditionen" auch eingehalten werden, um unliebsame Überraschungen zu vermeiden.

Résidence en travaux, couloirs sales à un point où on laisse des traces de pas dans la poussière. Odeur immonde dans le seul ascenseur encore fonctionnel. Appartement au 12 ème étage avec vue mer (seul point positif). Appartement salé et vieux. Moquette sale et en partie rapiécé. Canapés (si on peut appeler ça comme cela) tachés. Des clous au niveau du sommier du lit de ma fille. Salle de bain et cuisine sale et non opérationnelles (donc resto obligatoire), etc. Et pour couronner le tout réveillé à 6h30 par des ouvriers qui frappent à la masse dans l'appartement mitoyen. À surtout éviter si vous ne voulez pas être dégouté de ce type de vacances. Pour nous vacances complètement gâchées.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et certainement le dernier. À notre arrivée, chambre nettoyée juste superficiellement alors qu'un tarif pour le nettoyage est demandé. Avons tout de suite contacté le concierge qui est venu constater et étant donné que l'équipe de nettoyé n'était plus disponible, il l'a fait lui-même. Mais tout ce qui est vaisselle et meuble à vraiment l'aspect de sale et pas hygiénique. N'avons pas du tout touché à la vaisselle.
