Charged me for staying even though I cancelled 3 months prior! Then they tell me they never received my cancellation email… Very questionable business practices, do not trust this hotel. I will be pursuing legal action if the charges are not reversed.

I had an exceptional stay at Petit Palau during five days recently. The whole staff was friendly, sincere and always welcoming, including the breakfast and cleaning personnel. There are many things to praise, but a few things deserve to be highlighted. First of all the bed, it was fantastic, super comfortable! The shower was modern and had a luxurious touch to it. The overall cleanliness of the hotel should be mentioned, it was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was varied, delicious and healthy with an assortment of fresh fruits and local produce in addition to all else that was included. Lastly, since Blanes was blessed with warm, sunny spring weather during my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying it from my private 6th floor balcony with rooftop views! My thanks to Esther, Nil and the whole staff for the excellent service, and see you next time! Best regards, Mitja Lehto

Good value for money but small room and very small bed (140) for a hotel in Spain. Stay of 2 nights. Cleanliness ok and breakfast very good. A little far from the city center. We still had a very good stay with friends!

It is an Adults Only hotel. Well located about 200 meters away. Breakfast is buffet style, quite correct. The rooms are comfortable, have air conditioning and refrigerator, which is very good for the summer. It has free parking next to the hotel. We will return.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel! The room is just okay, you could hear people's conversations on the street perfectly. The bedspreads are old, not the best, and the breakfast is quite poor in quality. Acceptable for one night, but no more.

In general it is fine but there are areas that need renovation, stairs (I went down them several times because the elevator is usually busy) access to the pool, the living-dining room (it is small, without windows, having another much larger adjoining room). In its favor, it is well located and there is a huge free parking lot nearby. (The hotel has a very small paid parking lot). Also noteworthy is the dining room staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. The food, although there is not a great variety, is correct. Regarding the pool, a little tight when the hotel is so full. Rooms are good, they are renovated and include a minibar and safe, although the beds are not very good. The bathroom is spacious and has a window. Regarding the balcony, ours was RIDICULOUS, there was barely room for the two chairs. I made the reservation with them directly insisting on the terrace and upper floors. They gave us the 7th floor but a mini balcony. It also smelled a lot of tobacco, I requested a change on two occasions and they didn't even try. When leaving the hotel they didn't even ask us how our stay had been. In short, the hotel is fine for a few days, but honestly for me it does not have the superior 4 star category.
