I can understand that personal items such as toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided, but you are a four-star hotel and you don't even provide slippers. There is a smell in the room. There are no other facilities except the bed and two chairs. There is also a TV that cannot be connected. There is no toiletries in the bathroom. There are only two bottles of shower gel and shampoo that have been used by many people. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel at all, but an old one-star hotel. And when I ordered it, it showed a sea view room, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was a system error in the room inside. It was really a bad experience.

The hotel service is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean, the air is fresh, the facilities are new and clean, and the transportation nearby is also very convenient. Overall it is very good.
