Very good experience we went as a family, me, my wife and my little 2 and a half year old, great staff, warm welcome, very good food, just the downside in the posters at the restaurant for between fish and meat, otherwise something else very correct

Five day stay with New Year's Eve. Hotel 50 meters from the sea. Beautiful structure. Rooms cramped and poorly furnished, despite the 4 stars. Buffet meals of typical European industrial cuisine. Often plates, glasses and even some food were missing, given the large number of guests (around 600). It's good for short stays and/or events.

Hotel very well located, 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes (on foot) from the center of Blanes. The room was very good, quite large, clean, bright, well insulated, air-conditioned, we were on the 6th floor with a sea view. Storage space ok. We took a mini fridge as an option but ultimately not useful because it didn't really cool. Housekeeping is done daily. The hotel in general is clean, bright, the reception service is available, multilingual, and competent. Entertainment takes place every evening at the Blaucel bar which is located just opposite. Furthermore, we can take advantage of the facilities of the two hotels (Blaucel and Blaumar): swimming pool, bar, etc. A spa area is available for €4 on the top floor of the Blaucel. The jacuzzi is very good, the hammam was broken and the sauna was not very clean. It’s a shame that the space is poorly used because there is potential: adding more decoration, plants, a massage cabin… The big downside is the catering, we ate out of hunger and not out of pleasure. The quality of the dishes offered really did not live up to our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Lukewarm and tasteless dishes, yogurts, milk and desserts are not cool. The only tasty dishes were the wok dishes. In addition, several times we had already finished our meal without having been served for drinks, there is a blatant lack of staff: having to clear, take drink orders and serve them, straighten the tables + clean, tidy up... it is clear that they only have two hands and two legs and are doing their best. Too bad a water fountain is not available (saves time for the waiters). The layout of the restaurant means that we eat almost at the same table as our neighbors. We were full board and we regret it. The hotel is tastefully decorated (marble, fountains, plants), 3 elevators are available. Tourist train which passes every hour in front of the hotel and which takes you to the center of Blanes for €2.50 one way. Thanks to the person at reception we were able to rent a car which was brought to us directly in front of the hotel which was very practical because there is no rental company in Blanes. In conclusion, we had a very good stay and recommend this hotel.
