This is a great location. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Sara. I love this place. I love the pool. I love the villas. The beds were very comfortable.

Repeat visit
Wine pick up weekend so me and my husband decided to stay at Carter Creek as always. Love this place,😌. The check in person remembered us and is always welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds are great and area is quiet. We will be back soon again!

This place is amazing! We will definitely come back. Everything is pristine and the views are gorgeous of the Hill country. The wine is very good as well!

This was an excellent location for our "Beyond Cana" retreat. My only issue was that there wasn't a breakfast service at their restaurant due to a lack of customers. So, breakfast isn't a good option.
Nearby Johnson City has restaurants but the one we found wasn't open.

I was told by the staff that reservations were not necessary at the restaurant on property for a Saturday night with live music. I showed up at the restaurant at 8pm and was told by the front desk staff that they were out of food….
Had to go off property to get dinner which turned out to be a good thing.
Won’t be my first choice for hill country stays.

Weekend Getaway!
The place was beautiful and centrally located between Fredericksburg and San Marcos. We love our room, the staff were very friendly and the wine was really good! Perfect for a romantic getaway. Other than the highway noise this was a perfect location for entertainment and relaxation.
