The hotel is well positioned, right in Blakeney, for exploring North Norfolk. Great attention to detail = everything very clean. Beautiful lounges. Room we booked was spacious and very well equipped for guests. Bathroom excellent with lots of spaces for visitors to put out their toiletries. Quiet room beautifully styled. Great to park car right by room - much easier for luggage. The restaurant was OK but not as luxurious to eat in as the bar strangely. Tables in the restaurant are very close together. Menu choice and food quality was very fine dining. Staff very friendly and helpful and seemed to run the place as they constantly changed roles during our stay - never saw any management in our four days there - not that it mattered. One of the very best hotels, of many, we have stayed in.

Just back from another two night break. This hotel never fails to deliver. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is great. Best Sunday lunch for many a year. Who knew Marmite infused butter is a thing. Works really well. Walked the Blakeney circular walk 7.5 miles, good excuse for coffee and cake. We will be back again. One suggestion. We were in room 305 great room, just need soft door closing on two staff only doors opposite.

Great customer service, especially Archie and Julie. Our only minor drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning and a fridge in the room. This was a slight inconvenience as our dogs have special dietary requirements, and we needed to keep their food fresh by handing it to reception and retrieving it each morning. Thank you for making our holiday a truly memorable one.

The final two nights of our holiday in July 2025 - and I'm so glad I chose the place. Situated on the edge of the village of Blakeney, with a massive area for parking cars at the front of the hotel and if you have a room in the courtyard you can park your car right next to your room. 30+ centigrade when we stayed so it was very welcome to have just a short distance to take the cases back to the car. Our room was very large, we booked a Junior Suite and the bathroom was vast. Great facilities and a stunning bar. Team throughout the stay were brilliant, even though they'd had an issue with people not turning up putting them back a bit. Breakfast was great. Had the full English on the first morning and the Eggs Royale on the second morning. Both delicious. Blakeney itself is lovely, a few pubs and the water channel a few steps away from the hotel. Stunning sunsets and very peaceful. A bus service runs pretty regularly on the main road at the top of the village, we went to Sheringham one day - didn't take too long. I'd definitely go back.

This was our first time at the Manor and it certainly won't be our last. All the staff are helpful, friendly and polite, they all work so hard. We felt so relaxed staying at the Manor. We stayed in a garden room, perfect! The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Lot's of lovely seating area's. Food amazing and great cocktails. A hotel to be proud of. A huge thank you to each and everyone of you. We will be back ASAP.

We stayed at this lovely well refurbished hotel right on the coast for two nights in a superior double room. It was south facing and overlooked the lawn and flower beds at the back of the hotel and had a small seating area with table and chairs. The room was clean and spacious and very well furnished and the bathroom was lovely too. The hotel was relaxed and right on the coast so you could walk to the harbour. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, which was excellent with local asparagus and crab thermidor. The sitting rooms in the hotel are beautifully decorated and the chairs and comfortable and not busy when we were there; in all a very relaxing stay with friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed on the spring break package which is excellent value for money. We booked a junior suite. The room was very clean with everything in it you would need/expect. Bathroom great with a good shower. Staff brilliant couldn’t do enough for you, very relaxed atmosphere never felt rushed to finish a meal. All very helpful in fact a member of staff found out the name of a plant that I was interested in, in the garden and left a note in my room identifying the plant. Thank you for that. Food is outstanding cannot praise highly enough good portions, always came out hot, excellent quality and attention to detail. Menu varied to suit different palates. Overall a very enjoyable stay would highly recommend and we will visit again sometime in the future. Thank you to the whole team.

Fabulous from start to finish! We had a deluxe room in the courtyard, it was of a generous size, very nicely decorated & spotlessly clean. We found the bed a little hard on our first night but this was quickly resolved by housekeeping. The hotel & grounds are beautiful as were the walks directly from the hotel. Staff were so friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. When talking to them it was really good to hear how well they’re treated & that they’re happy in their work - this definitely shone through in the service. We were on the spring break deal which was excellent value & included lovely touches like wine & prosecco. The food was excellent, fab choice at breakfast, delicious evening meals & one of the best Sunday roasts I’ve had in a restaurant. Only improvement would be if there was a little fridge in the room for milk & drinks & possibly a couple more drawers for clothes. This will be our go to hotel in North Norfolk - can’t wait to visit again

The best value in Blakeney with good on site parking, some right next to your room, many on the ground floor and the location gives views over the marshes with its birds and cattle. Since the refurbishment 3 years ago the hotel has continued to improve, especially in the restaurant where there are good menu choices, gluten free no problem and helpful although busy staff. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. There is a large and comfortable lounge with views over the gardens. If you are in Blakeney, or anywhere along the North Norfolk coast there is no better place to stay.
