The most generous hosts I have ever known! Food and especialy the drinks were very generous and given with love & care.Great cooking and breakfast eggs exceptional. Hot tub, petanque, pool and gardens .Within 5 minute walk of the river. Room decorated with style. Thank you for a lovely time

Could not contact property, sat outside gate from 3.15-4.45pm, no response to gate intercom, no response to phone calls. Wife has ill health and cannot wait for bathroom when required so had to leave & book into elsewhere. Very disappointed as advert stated reception open from 12pm

Friendly and approachable hosts, generous breakfast, impeccable service, stunning manor house and grounds with delightful farm dogs and eponymous sheep, situated a stone's throw from the peaceful Loire river. Beautifully furnished room, hot shower with strong water pressure, comfortable bed, and convenient parking. I stayed here in September 2021 in order to attend a friend's wedding in a nearby town. It was the perfect place to return after the festivities, to rest, sleep in, take walks along fields of flowers and stop by the nearby boat landing to look out over the gently flowing river. Hosts made me feel relaxed and at home. Exactly what I needed.

We spent a night here on our way south. It is a beautifully presented rustic building and outhouses, well equipped and maintained to the highest standards. The welcome from our hosts couldn't have been better and we were looked after superbly. Can't recommend it highly enough

It was so nice to stay at le Mouton. Their was a warm welcome, with a nice glass of loire wine. We felt at home immerdiatly. The roomswas comfortabel and the bed slept very well. The bathroom was nice too. Le Mouton is situated just fine. Close to the Loire, in the middle off green fields, no traffic. But on the other hand close to everything even by foot. We loved the dogs and the sheep too. Love to come back.

The description of the places are completely false!!!
the swimming pool is present but there is no water and it is in poor condition, there photos of the site must be at least 5 years old
The area is 20m2 if you are very small in size because the roof beams are 1.7m!!!
No toiletries in the shower!!!
No cleaning is done!!!
Be careful if you dine there because the price is 39€ per person for a steak and fries, a salad and cheese + 1 glass of wine!!! To me it's just a scam!
Also beware of dogs, my partner was attacked by a dog and was very shocked! No view of the lake because there are trees and vegetation between the river and the house and therefore not a lake!!!!
