"This is a great hotel especially if flying out of the Toulouse Airport. The hotel is located at the end of the airport terminal so you simply walk inside from the hotel right into Concourse A. No worries about grabbing a taxi, shuttle bus or lyft to the airport. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Beds and pillows are great. We didn't dine in so we can't comment on the food. Staff was excellent."

The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 minutes walk, the hotel has a free car delivery, 10 minutes in advance reservation. 5 minutes walk to the small train station in the city center. The service at the front desk is very good and the English is great. There is free parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

"Though it looks like the hotel is not far from the airport. But It actually is quite a long walk because the road is not leading straight to it. Cleanliness is good and there is Nespresso capsule coffee in the room. Toilette amenities are very basic with only all-in-one shampoo and body wash. The biggest issue that I had, was the airport shuttle left before the time of my booking. So, I arrived at the airport after the check-in counter was just closed. I need to buy a new air ticket to Madrid because of this. And will arrive 10 hours later than scheduled."

"Everything is fine. There is a sauna, gym and swimming pool. But, a deposit of 200 euros is required by card. Like a security deposit for equipment, since it is an apart-hotel. They do not take cash. Only a card. Without a card, they do not give a room."

"Fabulous! A warm welcome from kind and efficient staff. Good sized room, comfy bed and decent shower. Then there was the breakfast! Wow, it was fantastic. Everything you could possibly want. To finish up there was a shuttle service to the airport. Couldn’t ask for better."

When I thought I got through, they hung up saying they don't speak English. If you booked through Trip.com, it might be better to contact them through that. △Because it is close to the airport, many people probably use flights that arrive late at night or depart early in the morning, but the last check-in time is early (note that this varies depending on the day of the week). My flight was delayed by about an hour, but they contacted me through Trip.com and I was able to check in safely."
