"The rooms are very clean and tidy. The kitchen provides basic kitchenware. There is a stove, microwave and induction cooker.
Going out is the tram stop, very convenient.
I booked a 3-person accommodation, but only provided towels and bedding for two people, which was disappointing.
The only concern at that time was the deposit problem. I don't know when to return it. Fortunately, after a few hours of check-out, the deposit has been returned."

"Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn, Blackpool, great location, really nice room, breakfast was very good. Perfect, will definitely stay there again, all staff very friendly and helpful 👍"
"You couldn’t get nicer more helpful hosts. Lukas and Andrea made me feel so very welcome. They let me keep my car all day in their locked car park even though I had checked out in the morning. The hotel was spotlessly clean and I sleep so well. They obviously work very hard. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

Very Good
AAlgoithmFirstly, the sign on the door says, ”Tudor Rose Original” - in case anyone was wondering.
There's not many places which are on the promenade for a family of 4 for <£40. We stayed in the quad room, which had a double and 2 singles, perfect for the 4 of us. It's a very short walk to the beach, South Pier, Water Land, Pleasure Beach and there's a Whetherspoons around the corner. The tram stop is also close by (South Pier).
The welcome we got was nice. Sarah and Robert were nice. We needed toilet roll, milk and mugs for the room which were quickly stocked. The curtain rail fell down immediately on entering the room, and it was taken care of quickly. They have free pool and fussball in the living room and we're playing energetic music which I liked. The bar is empty, but Sarah told us that bringing in alcohol was not a problem. Very nice welcoming people.
The room was fine. Theres always 3 things that I look for in a room:
1) Comfy bed
2) Cleanliness
3) Hot water and working shower
1) Beds were fine actually. I thought the mattresses were a bit ”springy” - as in I could feel the springs. But we all slept on them fine.
2) Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The carpet needs changing, and we found some rubbish (sweet wrappers) behind one of the chairs in the room that wasn't ours. Also the curtains looked a little suspect (?mould on them). Blinds would be a nice replacement.
3) The shower was awful unfortunately and what really let this stay down. The hot water wasnt the problem, but the shower shot out first boiling hot water, then when the cold water eventually caught up, the pressure dropped significantly and so I could only have a warm dribble shower. This may need addressing. It could be because we were on the third floor, but it was still slightly disappointing. We were given towels for the room too. The light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work either.
All in all, for a last minute booking, it was a cheap and cheerful stay.

GGuest UserThe Imperial Hotel is dated and requires a lot of internal work to bring it back to some sort of standard. The carpets are threadbare, the beds are broken, the windows are broken and do not close, our room was never serviced during our stay. We had to change rooms after our first night, there was bed bugs in one of the beds! The hotel is badly managed in regards to the entertainment etc. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, it was a buffet type which was ok. The dining room manager could have been more professional, she kept going from one job to the other, without completing a single job, kept leaving her post at the entrance and left clients waiting to be seated for a long time.
GGuest UserIn my opinion It’s a basic b&b at best it’s a 3*
Lots of coaches come here so pretty busy.
Be aware even if your itinerary says parking that does not mean it’s been paid. It’s an additional £3
Also I didn’t get the lady’s name at reception who booked us in but she was pretty blunt and rude.
The rest of the staff throughout was fantastic.
SShankarWe stay in 1 night room no 1 room is big and good size but toilet is dirty toilet smell come in room and whole night sound come from I think swimming pool out side room is soo dirty health and hygiene
SSharmayneEverything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.
GGuest Useromg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back
GGuest UserWas a lovely hotel room was clean facilities was average for a hotel the only thing that let this place down was they put my pregnant parented and I in a room next to someone with a dog and the dog barked through the whole night keeping us awake the most part
GGuest UserWe visited this place with friends, 5 of us, and got a great service for 5 people in 2 different rooms. We shared one toilet. We paid 118 quids for service which is quite nice for 5 people staying for a night. As we were visiting the Blackpool pleasure beach and carrying backpacks would have been difficult so we requested the hotel staff to keep our luggage while we checked out and were gone out for the entire day, and thankfully they agreed. All in all I loved the overall service, highly commendable.

GGuest UserDecent hotel for the price. Isn't the cleanest hotel but sort of acceptable. Would recommend to those looking for a cheap stay but if you have a little extra budget then better off spending the little extra for something better. Was allowed to check out later than usual which was very beneficial to get a little extra sleep in after enjoying the night out.

MMichelle j PatersonRoom was very small only had 2 side drawers so very little storage for clothing.
Room was very small for a family of 4.
There was 2 sets of bunk beds one with a double on the bottom. Very wobbly and unstable. Unfortunately the top bunk was broken and had been fixed ( if you can call it that) with a blank of wool onto mettle frame. There was broken metal sticking out of the bed frame and spars were unsafe and moved when my child climbed into it. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor which ment there was no walking space between the beds.
Toilet didn't flush properly and had to muck about with it to flush. Shower leaked when the water was turned on.
No handle on the window to open or close it properly and when I was able to close it was a fight to push it open again.
Hotel advertised breakfast but once speaking to manager was told there was no breakfast available and hotel didn't do any catering.
Hotel was very rundown and in a very ruff area. Police were in the street every nite and there was a stabbing right outside the hotel.
After speaking to other guests all rooms seemed to be in the same state of disrepair.
Would not recommend this hotel at all.
