We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. It's a great value hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and Chris and Josh made us feel very welcome. The hotel is centrally situated between the town and Pleasure Beach. The on site parking is ideal. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and welcoming hosts, rooms smell fresh and clean, en suite a bonus, small but everything you need, tea facilities too, tv, quiet nights sleep, would go back, blackpool itself quite rundown in parts, such a shame, otherwise hasnt changed in years!!! Went to winter gardens to see Grease the musical, Madame Tussauds, and the tower.

Group of seven of us stayed here for one night while visiting Blackpool at the weekend. Good value with accommodating host who had our rooms ready first thing to enable us to drop our bags off. Great communication with any questions answered quickly, we were made to feel welcome. Excellent location just off the front imbetween the central and south pier so everything was in walking distance. Breakfast was superb with quality ingredients and plenty of choice.

Great accommodation bedroom very clean. Great host made to feel very welcome. Great cooked breakfast part of multiple breakfast choices at extra cost but well worth it. Car parking facilities available locked behind a secure gate at extra cost but for piece of mind well worth it.

A brilliant place to stay. Perfect for a short stay over or longer. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfasts great and the owners welcoming. Parking is available at the rear, be aware its a bit tight though. My only regret is the sun came out as we were leaving. Thank you.

What a delightful little find, thanks TripAdvisor for pointing me in the right direction. I've stayed in some questionable B&Bs in Blackpool so I'm always wary. This place was lovely, maybe a little dated in parts but, it wasn't an issue. The bed was comfy, the bedding was among the crispest and cleanest I have ever encountered and the shower was hot. It was clean and welcoming, I felt valued and as a solo female, I also felt safe. I went to bed relatively early and didn't hear a sound from other guests, it was quiet and I slept well. The owner is accommodating and warm. If I happen to be in Blackpool again I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you.
