The fire alarm went off at night and we went downstairs and waited. No one came and even gave us water. Then, there was a misunderstanding and we went back. I looked for water in the room and there was no water. In the morning, I reported our complaint to the receptionist. Then the manager of the hotel, an authorized lady, came. I told her that we went downstairs at night and were uncomfortable. I said there was not even water in the rooms. However, instead of offering water, she said you could get it from the bar.
