I booked it for the dance festival, and I found the location is quite close to the Winter Garden~The price is reasonable and the lord is friendly. Strongly recommend this place for a short stay.😊

My stay was amazing, the owners were very polite and friendly. I cannot fault this establishment in any way. I will definitely be returning to this property in a couple of weeks. Close to town centre and a stones throw from the beach. Good value

Stopped over for one night in the week, Sammy greated me on arrival super friendly and nice just what you want, good value.. Only issue I had was that it was bloody cold in the night as the heating was off so didn't get much sleep, but apart from that can't fault them and will look to book in again next time I'm up this way.

Unfortunately due to myself being poorly on the day of travelling I had to cancel my stay at the Novello. As much as I can’t comment on the rooms etc I would like to say how helpful the owners were prior to the scheduled stay. Very polite. Helpful. Confirmation sent within minutes. Answered all my questions. Really nice polite people. Fully understanding when I had to cancel. I will definitely be booking again when I can.

Stayed here with my mother recently. Was asked for £25 deposit each on arrival. As mentioned in a previous comment we was robbed.didn't get it back! For an extra £10 a day full English breakfast was supposed to be provided but was told by by a female staff member that there was not enough guests in at the time to provide breakfast. Rooms were basic (expected for the price) but very clean and cosy. Staff on the face of it were very pleasant.

If you need to be right at the heart of Blackpool, almost in the shadow of the tower, look no further. Sanjay and his wife will provide you with warmth, charm and courteous service in a very clean and comfortable little guest house. For £45 we got a very nice room, (quiet too) with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was meeting Sanjays enchanting 88 year old mum and hearing her fascinating story. In short, a delightful place, incredibly convenient for the pleasure beach etc run by wonderful family.

I booked direct through their website, I was asked to pay by bank transfer or cash on arrival as the card machine wasn't working. I was also asked to pay a deposit of £25 which I did. This was never returned despite several requests since checking out. I will remove all the poor reviews when I receive my deposit back or at least get an acknowledgement.
