Really impressed with the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. Views were fabulous room was spacious couldn't fault them at all. The restaurant toilets were giving off a pungent smell the whole of our stay and weren't pleasant. The main issue is the lifts one lift out of three is not great! It's clear this is an ongoing issue after reading other reviews ' the manager was great at his fob offery replies' obviously had a lot of practice ... We were told they were working on the lifts so my poor parents were stuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time on the second floor with no option of stairs as wheelchair users. This went on all week which spoilt the stay.

We've been to a premier inn before and this one was better than the last, building seems newer, the staff were so helpful and attentive from reception to breakfast staff, even the odd one you meet in the lifts always said hello, good morning. The food at the restaurant was top notch. The beds were comfy, quiet and a Seaview as well. The only drawback was having 1 working lift out of three when we stayed but that was down to work being done.

We stayed two nights in a standard room with a view in April 2025. First the positive - the staff were all friendly, helpful and ready to try and sort any problems. Now the negatives. PUBLIC AREAS This hotel has five floors and is served by three lifts - if which only one was working. Apparently this has been the case for some time and it led to more waiting for the lift than is acceptable. The gents toilet adjacent to the restaurant has two cubicles. Both had broken locks meaning that you could not lock the door if you wanted to use the facility. OUR ROOM ON THE FIFTH FLOOR The first time we left the room we had to pull the door multiple times before it would lock. When we turned the duvet down, we discovered a large brown stain on the bottom sheet. This led us to ask for the sheet to be changed and when the staff member brought the sheet replacement up we asked him to look at the door lock. By this time it would not lock at all - rendering the room unsafe. We also asked him to look at flushing the toilet and, like us, he was unable to get it to flush. These failures led to us having to move rooms. We were offered a complimentary breakfast the following day because of these problems.

Superb location very close to train station and north pier tram stop. Superb staff, excellent food, superb bedding and bed. Highly recommend

Nice clean hotel,in a good location.Great Beds friendly staff also nice and quiet and also has air con.Only down side was no small refrigerator to keep water or juice etc. Restaurant was ok except one evening arrived at 8.35pm only to be told we could not order food as there was a party off 20 in before us.My issue was the Restaurant is supposed to be open to 10pm so we had to head back out for takeaway food,That was the only poor point off our stay,carpark off sight is a short 10min walk but you get a good discount from the hotel and your car is in a safe facility.

Perfect location to visit the Blackpool Tower and Sea Front. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I was worried about noises from outside at night but we were not affected.

Been here before due to central location. Nice room with view of Tower but lacking in facilities, no room safe, not much storage, no fridge/bottled water and room only cleaned if specifically requested which with the lack of room phone meant visit to reception. Went to reception to report near empty toilet paper but not replenished in day so repeat visit to be handed toilet paper with instructions as to how to install it in dispenser. Some bar staff were friendly but one member was rude and talked about my wife behind her back. Will choose similar priced Holiday Inn next time.

Stayed here two nights, as it is handy for the winter gardens where we were going to see the world matcplay darts for the weekend.very clean hotel,staff are friendly and very helpfull.
