Really impressed with the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. Views were fabulous room was spacious couldn't fault them at all. The restaurant toilets were giving off a pungent smell the whole of our stay and weren't pleasant. The main issue is the lifts one lift out of three is not great! It's clear this is an ongoing issue after reading other reviews ' the manager was great at his fob offery replies' obviously had a lot of practice ... We were told they were working on the lifts so my poor parents were stuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time on the second floor with no option of stairs as wheelchair users. This went on all week which spoilt the stay.

We've been to a premier inn before and this one was better than the last, building seems newer, the staff were so helpful and attentive from reception to breakfast staff, even the odd one you meet in the lifts always said hello, good morning. The food at the restaurant was top notch. The beds were comfy, quiet and a Seaview as well. The only drawback was having 1 working lift out of three when we stayed but that was down to work being done.

We stayed two nights in a standard room with a view in April 2025. First the positive - the staff were all friendly, helpful and ready to try and sort any problems. Now the negatives. PUBLIC AREAS This hotel has five floors and is served by three lifts - if which only one was working. Apparently this has been the case for some time and it led to more waiting for the lift than is acceptable. The gents toilet adjacent to the restaurant has two cubicles. Both had broken locks meaning that you could not lock the door if you wanted to use the facility. OUR ROOM ON THE FIFTH FLOOR The first time we left the room we had to pull the door multiple times before it would lock. When we turned the duvet down, we discovered a large brown stain on the bottom sheet. This led us to ask for the sheet to be changed and when the staff member brought the sheet replacement up we asked him to look at the door lock. By this time it would not lock at all - rendering the room unsafe. We also asked him to look at flushing the toilet and, like us, he was unable to get it to flush. These failures led to us having to move rooms. We were offered a complimentary breakfast the following day because of these problems.

The staff went out of their way to be so kind and helpful. The room was totally adequate for our short stay. The beds very comfortable and the breakfast choices excellent

The view of the north pier was fantastic, the location ideal for me traveling there by train as its just a short walk from blackpool north station. Handy for the north pier and tower, any further we just used the trams. Breakfast was consistently great, and we had one evening meal there which was also very good. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room very clean too, would stay again without a doubt

Great place to stay in Blackpool, nice room, clean, breakfast was fine, the bar area was fine, couldn't get lift doors open a few times but wasn't a big problem, would reccommend a stay there, near all the action

Super hotel in a great location. The views of the tower from the 4th floor rooms were great! Breakfast was well worth the money. Service was excellent. Only downside for us was that the bar closed at 10pm each night.

The hotel in good position. Unfortunately the room we were given was directly opposite nightclub which literally banged on from about midnight till 3.30 ish completely unacceptable really meaning we got hardly any sleep. Hotel said they couldn’t do anything about it. Daughter who was on other side of hotel didn’t hear it. The rest of hotel and breakfast was excellent.
