Dear Tim & Janine, Thank you for making our stay in Blackpool so welcoming and comfortable! We really enjoyed our weekend at Raffles and so pleased to have made the correct choice of where to stay. Second time at this gem of hotel. It is a great place to stay. Rooms comfortable and clean with little extra touches like slippers and rock. Breakfast is top notch. Good location for most areas. Hosts are lovely and can’t do enough for you. My go to place when come to Blackpool. Thanks again.

A lovely 3 night stay at the Raffles Hotel in late October to see the illuminations and go to a show. Lovely, clean rooms with lots of extra little touches that we wouldn't have expected to get in many places, such as mini toiletries, a bottle of water each and even a stick of Blackpool rock, a very nice touch. Lovely, tasty and very filling breakfasts each morning with a good choice of options, and a nice, cosy bar lounge to sit in for an evening drink. Handily placed for a gentle stroll into the centre of town or down to the sea front. Tim and Janine are very friendly and helpful with any information you may need about the area; we found out quite a lot about the older Blackpool illuminations that we didn't know about. A very nice stay, thank you very much.

From the minute you enter and greeted by the owners you know your going to have a great stay Clean refreshing decor Excellent hosts will always make your stay amazing Rooms are clean and fresh and decorated beautifully comfy bed breakfast is fab and if you have an evening meal that's also excellent 10/10 from us wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool Also central location with only a 10 min walk to winter Gardens/Blackpool tower/north pier

Stayed for 5 nights at this lovely hotel where the Owners and Managers were A1 and very helpful right up to getting a toilet light switch fixed at 10pm by their worker who really wanted to leave it till the morning. My wife and I both enjoyed how they were always greeting us with a welcome smile and always seemed to find time to see how we were doing as we went with the mother in law and the twins and it was nice enough weather wise for us to venture out mainly shopping every day with the mother in law only able to walk small distances this was perfect location as was not too far from the town centre or the beach front. We all enjoyed the stay so much that we plan to return in the spring or summer. Fabulous breakfast and fabulous stay...

Fantastic hotel in Blackpool. We stayed in the loft room as a family of 3, this room was perfect as it had a separate adjoining room for our daughter. Room and facilities were immaculate. The room had loads of lovely touches throughout the room. The hosts were so welcoming from the minute we arrived until we left meeting all of our needs. We are ate at the hotel on the evening and the food was to a high standard. Breakfast there was so much choice and again to a high standard. Close to the main attractions and could even see Blackpool tower from our room. If you’re staying in Blackpool I would recommend this hotel.

This was my 3rd stay and I am so pleased that in the 3 years I have visited, standards have nt dropped I had recommended Raffles to my friends as our choice of stay and they were all very impressed, the first comment as we walked in was ‘Wow’ it smells lovely and clean in here and the compliments kept coming .. We had a great stay at Raffles Hotel. We had a warm welcome by the friendly couple who run the place. There is a lovely little bar serving a good variety of drinks and there is a great atmosphere in there. There is a dining room that served our breakfast which was of excellent quality and cooked fresh every day. Our room was small but beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. The shower was powerful and hot. There was a folder with information about the family, facilities and local area. They also provided slippers and & gave us a stick of rock. The hotel is situated within a walk of all of the main attractions and we would most certainly stay here again if we visit Blackpool. They could not do more to try and make our stay comfortable offering local knowledge about the area and booking taxis etc. Thank you very much for making us so welcome during our stay. We hope to be back!

Super friendly hosts who can’t do enough for you . My group of friends and I were made very welcome in this small elegant hotel. Lovely personal touches in the rooms- sweets , slippers sleep masks - all making it feel special . Rooms spotless , warm heaters and nice towels. Breakfast was lovely . I had sausage sandwiches both days and they were cooked to perfection and locally sourced too ! Would totally recommend this little Gem in Blackpool . Hard working hosts who really did go above and beyond . Thankyou for looking after us. X
