We stayed here for one night in the deluxe room, this room was fantastic value for money and in a great location, added bonus was this hotel was dog friendly, so for an extra £10 the whole family could go. I’ve stayed in many places in Blackpool and this by far beats the rest, it’s in a perfect location from the front, literally straight opposite the winter gardens, 2 minutes walk to houndhill shopping centre! Room was clean and had everything you needed, staff were friendly and polite and great with the kids, they offered breakfast on a morning which consisted of cereals, toast etc, you could either sit and eat it there or you could grab and go! We’d 100% stay here again!

the property was near the venue, The older staff were very helpful but the younger staff member was rude.

First the good: very close to all entertainment venues in Blackpool, very convenient for everything. Helpful staff very responsive. Comfy bed and all clean, room large, two adjoining rooms one with the double decker bunk beds, with a patio door to the rear, and through double doors through to a large double room with a kitchen area en-suite and large double bed, there was a lot of potential here. Plentiful tea coffee milk etc, breakfast was very basic but help yourself to whatever you want, not cooked just cereals and breads and fresh fruit etc, all in the reception area, not ideal but ok The bad: bedding was clean but just awful, so very thin, we mean very thin, would be ok in the summer but not in the winter, we had to steal the bunk bed bedding to double up to get warm, really very inadequate the bottom sheet did not fit the bed, no mattress protector or pillow protector . We had the deluxe studio suite, and well we had a few issues and concerns. This is in the basement and is in need of some care and attention. There is damp and peeling paper. The flooring is laminate but loose in places. The electrical system needs attention after our shower the ring circuit went - very responsive owner was heard through the door (locked) next door in the fuse box, the spot lights came on - which did not work when we arrived but tripped instantly the the mail light came back on when he was heard flicking another switch- not reassuring. The owner reeked of ****, but was really polite and friendly. The main concern was security. The double doors to the suite between the two bedrooms was the key we were given, but the lock collapsed and we were then given the main door key into the suite - there was a patio door to the fro t and we asked if we could have that, but was told someone had gone off with the key - did not feel secure. Both at the front and the back directly outside the rooms there was a designated smoking area, so not brilliant for non smokers. For what we needed it was adequate, the bed was comfortable and we were just two so was able to rob the duvets from the bunk beds to double up and get warm . But will be unlikely to return, electric, safety and security along with poor bedding just not good. Change the bedding to better quality and fit the beds, sort out the security and electrical issues then this would be ok.

I booked this holiday place because they allowed my little chihuahua & because it is right in the middle of Blackpool Town Centre opposite The hounds hill shopping centre. We parked opposite the hotel with my husbands Disabled Badge, which was extremely convenient.. I had read a few bad reviews though, but let me put you all straight. We were greeted by a very cheerful Hungarian Lady called Valerie who was so helpful, kind & she even made us a coffee before we had got to our room. She also offered to help us with our bags to the room. She showed us the Wi-Fi password and the downstairs room we were shown was wonderful. Double bed, hanging space, dressing table, tv with Netflix & Prime on , bed was v clean & so was the shower room. There was 2 large towels on the bed with chocolate on. Kettle, tea coffee etc. In the mornings you help yourselves to toast & cereals. In the large bright front room. But most of all the Price was fabulous!!.. booked with *********** & was £45 a night for a 4 night duration. We did not want to spend a lot on a room, but wanted value for money, & we certainly did!! Really really happy. There was even heating if u needed it, toilet rolls , & fruit in the front room plus lots more. But location is excellent too, you can walk to anywhere Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to people who want Fabulous Value for money & cleanliness, & friendliness, but not for the Posh Folk. Thank you Valerie .. Joy SB.

For the price paid this was an excellent stay. Can’t expect full luxury at this price. Everything was as expected - rooms warm and bed comfy. Tea and coffee in room, limited help yourself breakfast as highlighted.

I returned back to this hotel after a fabulous first time experience in 2022 in one of their family rooms. This experience was not only disappointing but also has left me quite fuming to be honest… We booked quite suddenly for a weekend break, arrived late in the evening and we was given a room on the top floor, about 4-6 flights of stairs which is challenging with a small child. The room was very small and stuffy that we asked to get fans (no issue, was willing to put up with it as it was so last minute) After a bad first night due to no sleep because it was so hot & stuffy we had to keep the windows open, the noise was very annoying but we just went about our day anyway. Coming back for an hour to let my child rest on a camping bed, the room was so small there was only one place the bed could fit & was already pre installed upon our arrival under the tv on the wall The tv fell on top of my sleeping toddler!! She was left with red marks on her arm but other than that no serious injuries. The staff was alarmed, they was very understanding and rushed to our aid. We was swapped rooms to a business suite which made this experience less stressful. We all had a better rest in a room fit for 3 people. I thought nothing more of the situation until today, I receive an email today billing me for the tv damages ?! Irmmmmm WHAT I don’t think so, I have been forced to make this review on the basis of I’m so angry that you even dare try to bill me after my child was injured asleep. She is autistic and luckily didn’t notice due to being so tired but I’m sure if she had been awake she would have been truamatised as I was !! I have photo evidence which I sent to management who come rushing in, I’m sure this email isn’t from them personally but their management is clearly misinformed and now, have lost a customer who has actually passed your details onto other interested families before ! Well I won’t be after this experience. Disgusting

Unfortunately, despite the accomodation being clean and tidy, it is the noisiest place I have EVER stayed. Doors banging until 2.30am, doorbell ringing into the early hours. Other guests slamming doors, running between rooms and shouting...and NO ONE AROUND TO BE ABLE TO TELL.....and English is not spoken.....when I did tell the manager she didn't understand, everything was done by a translator function on mobile phone....her response was it is in the centre and used for single night stays, so it's noisy.......the doors have no soft closing action, so constantly slam. I appreciate other people's disregard for fellow guests is not the fault of the management, but they should be on site and deal with it when made aware of the issue. Very disappointing.
