The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and can help if you want to change rooms or have any problems with the facilities. Although the breakfast is not rich, there is a breakfast shop next door that opens at 9:30. The facilities are a bit old but basically all can be used.

If I could rate 0 I would have. Absolutely disgusting the sheets were slept in hairs all in the bed. BUGS in the bed room smelt. Bath mat dirty towels stained.

Terrible experience, Didn’t get the room we booked. Put in the basement room which was damp and a bit smelly. Poor beds, camp bed wouldn’t take an adults weight , not an apartment just a room with terrible beds. Tried to discuss this with the owner who stated she didn’t understand me as she wasn’t English. Tried to get me to rebook for the following weekend where she said she had better rooms. Asked for a full refund and we have booked elsewhere. Am waiting to see if they will refund us.
