Hotel Sheraton

We visited as a party of 13 over 5 rooms and ages ranged from 4 to 94. We couldn’t fault the hotel, service, entertainment, food and drinks. Anything we asked for was catered for, we had an excellent waitress Laura who always had a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble. We had a few different rooms, an accessible twin, a premium double x2, a triple room and a family room, all were well stocked with brew making facilities, a spacious room with lots of storage and a well equipped bathroom. Will definitely return.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Hotel Sheraton! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, polite, and went out of their way for us. They accommodated our dietary requirements with vegan options at dinner and breakfast, both lovely. Good non-alcoholic selection of drinks too! Our room was stunning, with a beach view and a huge, comfortable bed, TV in the room. I had a really restful nights sleep. The interiors of the hotel are beautiful and facilities were fab too - we enjoyed a relaxing swim and a soak in the hot tub one morning. We’re early risers and the pool was open from half seven so it was a great start to the day before brekkie. Easy access to the promenade via tram which is right outside and we found parking on the road nearby, staff held onto our belongings after check out for safekeeping. We had a fun time playing bingo (sadly didn’t win the cash prize!!), and loved singing along to the live music for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. The atmosphere was great, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We love Blackpool, visiting the beach and arcades, thank you to the team at Hotel Sheraton for making our stay so memorable and special. You clearly all work very hard and take a lot of pride in the hotel. We will definitely book again when we next visit. X

We had a fantastic 4 night stay, the room was lovely and bed super comfy. The breakfast was great with good choice of food. The evening meal food was top restaurant quality, we loved the choices and it tasted so good. Love the ambience of this hotel and the staff were so helpful. Would definitely stay here again, for us it’s the best hotel in Blackpool.

I want to thank the hotel staff regarding my visit on june2nd till 6th june The lift unfortunately broke but the other lift was working g bit smaller but my room was the other end and waking with my sti k a d breathing difficulties I found it very had but a staff was there to help so e nights my breathing g bad I never came out of my room too lo g to walk but the staff were amazing a big thanks my room Was 225

This is my 5th visit to this great hotel. From the minute you walk in the door you are made so welcome. Every member of staff, regardless of their position go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Beds are so comfy, bed linen excellent, and the fluffy white towels. Dining room and food are excellent, as is the staff. We did have a small problem in the dining room, but thanks to Dan it was rectified immediately. We ended up at Sophie’s table, what a lovely young lady, so helpful and friendly. Also, when we were there in September, our waitress was Erin, another excellent waitress, was very surprised and delighted when she remembered us and came over to speak to us. Your staff are a credit to your hotel. Can’t praise them enough. There was only one little thing that i felt could have been better, we were there for eight days, the twin room was lovely but, we had to put both case at the side of the bed, which didn’t leave much room for easy access. On our last visit we had a larger room. On saying all that, we still loved our stay, and look forward to our next visit.

Returned a few days ago from this fantastic hotel The hotel is clean and friendly and everyone makes you feel at home We have been visiting this hotel 2-3 times a year and have never had an issue. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent and relaxing The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard with a nice few of the sea Lovely food in the restaurant with good choice ( A big shout out to Sophie our waitress who was excellent and a credit to the hotel) Excellent Entertainment with Cilla and Billy Fury tribute acts plus DJ Jimmy keeps it all going. Is it worth returning? We have booked to return again at the end of November Thank you to all at the sheraton
