Great friendly couple running this hotel, booked during a period where a lot of hotels were booked up, usually I go to travlelodges/premierinns/holidayinns but this for the price this was way better and more personable. Granted it is a long old running Hotel, the reviews I see of this place are correct! Nice hot showers, hot chocolate and water bottles were an amazing bonus, just a continental breakfast which was free and all I personally needed to start my day. Right next to a convenience store for those quick forgotten items and even a bar if you wish to have a drink or hang out at the hotel. One thing I'll mention is stairs, might be difficult for anyone with a walking disability. Even the extra little services they offer are nice, like leaving your bags at the reception if your return journey is after check out if you plan to spend the day in Blackpool is a nice touch.

This place is a little gem 💎- I’m very particular where I stay and bring blankets with me everywhere, I was also a bit sceptical because of the price we paid but honestly I could not fault this place, absolutely spotless, very comfy bed and for a continental brekkie, it was faultless, lovely filter coffee too! Phil was the perfect host, very funny and couldn’t do enough for you, met some cracking people at breakfast who were all there for festivals like us! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Blackpool, that’s for sure! Beverley Dean gets 5 stars 🌟 from me! Thank you Phil and Jo ☺️

We stayed at the Beverley Dean for two nights in June 2025. This B&B is located about 70m from the promenade almost directly opposite the South Pier. The place is excellent value for money (£27.50pppn in a small double room with continental breakfast included). The hosts Phil and Jo are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is parking available which is useful in this area. The room, although small was clean, comfortable and well equipped (plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits). There is a lounge and bar area which provides a good variety of drinks, mainly bottles, cans, wines and spirits at reasonable prices. Continental breakfast was good and plentiful. It is difficult to think of anything that was missing (perhaps a blackout blind in the bedroom?) or needed improvement and it is no wonder it scores very highly.

An amazing welcome when we arrived for our stay nothing was too much Jo and Phil are such a lovely and friendly couple will definitely return when next in Blackpool perfect location to promenade and tram stop weather was amazing too so in all a very nice break

We were gifted a hotel stay, so after much consideration, we found this b&b that seemed clean and in a great location. On arrival we were greeted by the owners, who quickly checked us in and even parked our car up for us. We were very aware straight away at the attention to detail, and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was well set out and very pleasant. Thoughtful touches like water and milk in the fridge were very welcome. Great Wi-Fi too. Breakfasts were lovely and I can recommend the filter coffee which was delicious and if it’s still available the beautiful pate served with the toast! The hotel is nice and secure and opposite South pier m, so we only had a minute walk to the tram stop and we used the tram to get up and down the prom. We had a fabulous weekend which in large part was due to our stay in Beverley Dean. I highly recommend booking here, and we will definitely return. My no 1 choice in future for any Blackpool stay! Thankyou for a wonderful weekend!

Me and my friend decided to have a weekend trip away to Blackpool and we stayed at this hotel during our trip for 2 nights. It was a wonderful experience, very clean, Phil and Jo are lovely owners and are great to have a conversation with, they always made sure we had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I decide to travel to Blackpool again for a weekend away.

Just back from a fab couple of nights here. Jo and Phil were fab. Me, My husband and our 12 old twins had a great time in Blackpool. This hotel was situated brilliantly next to the south pier, pleasure beach and pool. Family room was a great set up for us and was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a great surprise. Toast, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, tea and coffee set us up for the day. The hotel bar was also great with fab prices and games on hand to keep the kids busy. Overall highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
