Jesmond International Hotel

First of all, the biggest advantage of hotels in this area is their good accessibility. They are close to National Rail and National Express stations, so it is easy to travel to London or other cities immediately after arriving. And this James Bond hotel is clean. The Plaza Hotel next door has some smelly rooms, but this hotel is clean and has no smell. I recommend it. There is also a bar in the basement so you can enjoy it.

Was a nice and comfortable bed to sleep on and the woamn that welcomed me in was really lovely i have stayed her 3 times now oth the past month and i can not complain about anything at all

I absolutely loved my stay the staff was lovely the room was clean was defo value for money I will be going back again we had a cofy bed the room was lovely and warm plenty of tea coffee sugar milk and access to more if we needed it the bar was all decorated ready for Christmas and the atmosphere was lovely the experience was just a good one

Upon arrival at the Jesmond international hotel my hopes weren’t very high however I was pleasantly surprised. The host was kind, considerate and a very smiley individual making us feel very welcome to be staying in his fine establishment. The room was fit for a king with a plasma tv on the wall, queen size beds and stunning views of Blackpool tower from the window. The bar is ready to rumble to drown any sorrows you may have about having to leave the very next morning. There was no chance of being locked out as the host offered a 24 hour open door policy stating that he wouldn’t sleep until he knew the guests were happy and tucked away nicely in bed. The beach and sea front are practically on the doorstep I could hear the waves crashing whilst I aimed to sleep. I’d definitely recommend the Jesmond to anyone wanting to have a break away from their families or is looking for a place comfier than their own home to stay. The Jesmond isn’t just a hotel it’s a venue that will always be embedded with you for the rest of your life. I would personally rate this international palace that is the Jesmond 6 stars out of 5 as it’s just that incredible. I look forward to my next stay there in the future as this definitely isn’t the last time they will be seeing me again.

OK so it was cheap for a night and we expected basic but this place is filthy, grimy and needs a full revamp. It's like a B &B stuck in the 1980's and not in a good way. Just about managed a few hours here on a one night stay. At least the bedding was clean did not dare look underneath at the matress. My daughter’s bed literally sunk in the middle where the springs had gone. The carpet in the room had literally that many stains. Tiny TV did not work.

I have just spent a few nights here and can't complain.. Yes the decor is dated but I wanted somewhere clean with a comfortable bed and that is exactly what I got. The owner was very welcoming and it's just a short walk to the beach and attractions. Great value for money. Will be back.
