Great hotel with fantastic owners Phil & Teresa are so friendly not forgetting Alan really make a good holiday nice rooms good breakfast plenty of choice back again October already booked for next year nice bar for drinks love the dogs cuddles on a night with Bobby & dinky

We’ve been before he’s a lovely man, kind and very funny! Our first visit we stayed no issues second time we stayed the room was very dusty (I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean my room and toilet) smelled of cigarette smoke even tho says no smoking allowed my mams sheets on bed were stained our towels were too. We where leaving another guest left asking what our room was like I told him he said the same disgusting etc wasn’t issue before I think it’s the cleaner ( obvs lol) and he isn’t checking after being cleaned breakfast is lovely the server is too. Lovely guy just please check after cleaners if your reading this.

Just back from a lovely Easter break at this great hotel lovely rooms great breakfast love the black pudding Phil and Teresa also Alan are great friendly people make you feel at home straight away love the dogs cuddles on a night in the bar with dinky back again in August then again in October already booked for next year

The worst place I’ve ever visited the photos are nothing like this back street place it’s old fashioned very dirty more like a hostel the room was smaller than a prison cell we literally seen the room and walked right out of there never got a refund I would say please don’t book this place

Just back from this wonderful hotel great breakfast plenty of choice, lovely rooms very comfortable bed with tea , coffee & milk nice toiletries, such a lovely & kind couple who own it Phil, Teresa & not forgetting Alan you 3 really made our holidays & of course the dogs especially dinky miss my cuddles in the bar on a night , back again end of October cannot wait xxx

Have just stayed for 8 weeks at the Berkswell Apartments in Blackpool. Everything amazing and our hostess Denise and family were lovely. Excellent location behind the Velvet Coaster. Apartment was spotless everything we needed was provided and we are booking for December/January 2023/2024. Thank you once again Denise and family xxx

Lovely welcoming hosts.Excellent location, 2 minutes from tram stop,5 minutes from pleasure beach. Phills breakfast was amazing and plenty choice. The black pudding was the nicest we have ever tasted.Nice garden area at the front to sit in the sun and have a glass of wine. Real value for money.Phil & Teresa are a lovely couple

Just back from a lovely 8 night stay at this great hotel Phil & Teresa are a really nice couple that bend over backwards to help if you require anything , rooms are spotless comfortable beds nice toiletries , tea,coffee & milk in rooms , a great breakfast yogurt , cereal toast jam & marmalade not forgetting Phil's cooked breakfast wow love the black pudding , back again the end of October & already booked for 3 holidays next year , also thank you to Christine for looking after us not forgetting the dogs , thank you all so much
