The only reason I booked this establishment was because the rooms pictured were large, and as a family of 4 very tall people we need the space. It would appear that the only room not photographed was the room we were placed in. It was tiny, in order to move around the room we had to strategically place ourselves against a wall, in the doorway or upon a bed. There was a plug socket not attached to the wall, a friendly person downstairs who complained that the Queen dying was a nuisance and had no reason to give a bank holiday (again this year!) and peeling walls. The bathroom was clean but please don’t attempt to open a window… especially the one in the bedroom as I swear it was actually keeping the back wall standing. The bedding was clean, the towels were clean, we had 3 cups for 4 of us but there was plenty of tea, coffee and milk. I mean plenty of milk too, which was a surprise as you don’t get that much in the Marriott!! All in we won’t return but if the points raised don’t bother you then I’d highly recommend as there was no noise and the food smell as you walked in the front door was amazing!!!!

Would let my dog stay in here, wife attempted to clean bits off it, hadn't been hoovered, toilet was a monstrosity, shower head was just on floor with no connection to wall, chair in room fell apart and screw stabbed in in leg. Left instantly and found another place. Genuinely shocked a place like that would as for money. STAY AWAY

Travelled here with 2 small grandchildren.(4&9) On first impression, the vestibule entrance looked clean, greeted by a young man who requested cash payment. Upon paying £70 in cash (which is not cheap for Blackpool mid week, room only) we were taken to this room. _ no curtains/ blinds. However did not need them, windows filthy. _bathroom, not cleaned at all, shower head on floor in puddle of water and filth on shower base, shower doors thick with soap scum. Water all over the floor. Sink dirty, full of grime & toothpaste, with dirty bar of soap on the side, mirror above filthy again with soap scum. Toilet not been cleaned, (although cleaner than the shower). No toilet roll, other than an empty tube . _ bedroom, just a duvet on double bed with no cover. Bin not emptied. Bedding on top bunk, full of stains, bunks not secure to the wall . radiator falling off the wall, not working. _ within 5 mins of being in the room, there were raised voices in the building, and some random guy walked in the room, even though the door was supposedly locked. With myself & 2 very distressed young children, we left. Found a lovely place, very clean, spacious room, very safe for just £55. Due to the distress, my grandchildren's welfare was paramount, so did not hang around to take photos. This place falsely advertises family friendly, with noise reduction between 8pm and 7am. With no large parties (why I chose it) however, once inside it is a different notice on the wall. (Which I did get a pic of, for access code, before entering the room) On a positive note, there was a tea tray in the room. I would definitely never let any child stay here, maybe that's why no pets are allowed, kennels are more comfortable.

My family and myself booked 3 rooms at this hotel to see the lights. I have received a call tonight from both my daughter who booked a family room and my son who booked a double that their rooms had been cancelled. I am not very impressed with cancellation at this late date for 5 members of our family which means obviously I have also cancelled. Upon reading the reviews I think it looks like we have had a lucky escape with only 1 and 2 star reviews for the first 2 reviews I read.

At first we couldn’t find it we thought it was shut down but the owner answered, we was abit warey as the other hotels in the street where quite rundown and some even shut, but upon entering we noticed it was clean tiled floor instead of minging carpet what u usually get, and then once inside the room we were shocked at how big it was, again it was modern an the beds where very. Comfy. The only problem for me was location as it was too far to walk to either pier with 2 young kids and a baby. So I probably wouldn’t reccomend unless u are going to drive to different places.having said that the room was massive I’ve never seen one so big and spacious. It would be great for A group of friends or couple who don’t mind the 15/20 min walk to the pubs/piers/activities. We had to drive to Macdonalds because We couldn’t find anywhere else close by a lot of the places where closed down by this hotel which is ashame really as if there was places open close by then it would be ideal. All in all nice stay kids were made up as they were on their iPads we decided against going out because we didn’t fancy another long walk .

Booked this room at 3am, on the Saturday morning, whilst in a different hotel we hated. We’d thought the booking was for Saturday night. We arrived at the hotel for check in to find out we had messed up the booking and had booked for Sunday instead. Iqra and Adeel could not have helped us anymore. They were extremely kind and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door, and sorted out our mishap as soon as they could. The room we were given was extremely clean, very spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, the best we’ve had in a while, and the teas and coffee in the bedroom were spot on. 10/10 Service. We will be back!
