Great little stay hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very decent in size perfect to have 2 double beds. Rooms were very clean and bright. Tram is a must if the weather is bad! Luckily there's a stop just across the road from the hotel as its 45 mins walk from here to north Pier

The price increase on weekends from 80 to 180. No slippers, no toothbrushes (unless ask) even no refrigerator or any bottle water.

Great hotel and reasonably priced. Location wasn't ideal, but the tram was just outside the hotel. Free breakfast was OK but very busy.

everything would have been fine, but I had a problem getting in, I arrived at the hotel very late, the main door was closed and the Intercom was not working, thank God there were guests at the reception so they let me in

Breakfast good, only eggs available were scrambled, couldn’t order poached. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, springs were very prominent. Not been vacuumed underneath it. FAO: Cleaner:Furniture does move! Jack friendly at check in, rest of staff just got “doing” their job. Hotel close to the Pleasure Beach, a 2 mile walk from the Tower. Blackpool very run down.

As a student studying hotel management and an intern at Bulgari Hotel, I have never heard of a hotel with a check-out time of 11:00 in the morning. I can't accept it! Normal hotels can check out at 2:00 p.m., and the earliest check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Why can’t you do it as a four-star hotel? You don’t even provide a bottle of water in the room. As a sub-brand of Hilton, I’m sorry The Hilton brand in the UK is very disappointed,
