Great hosts, who are really fiendly. Great breakfast, great room. Clean and comfortable bed, great full breakfast to start the day off. With toast preserves, an assortment of cereals, fruit juice, tea and coffee.. Great location to all of the bars iin North Shore, very close to Blackpool North Station. Will definitely book again and highly recommend to friends and family.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in August. It wasn't very busy and we had our own key to access the main front door once we had checked in as it wasn't staffed 24hrs. The hotel was in good proximity to the train station and all of the main attractions and shops. There are a couple of pubs nearby but it was really quiet at night which was great. I parked on site for the whole week free of charge as I was a paying guest, which was also a bonus. We didn't really have any issues, but if there were any, someone was reachable by phone to get things fixed quickly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it was available to preorder. We had a shared bathroom, which was just down the hall from our room, but it was a good size and generally clean all the time. Overall we had a good stay here and would go back.

Stayed 2 nights for the fireworks double room very small and the bathroom bedding is old and tired and need binning only one flat pillow each nice clean though free parking didn't try the breakfast would stay again

Our original hotel got cancelled and we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay this hotel saved the day. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Will stay here again. And the price of the stay is very affordable.
