The Rockley Hotel

A very nice, cosy hotel. Very close to the promenade, Blackpool Tower, piers, tram line, train and bus station and all other attractions of Blackpool. The hotel is not the newest one but with a fine decor and it has everything what a tourist needs to have a comfortable stay. Most of all a very friendly host/owner, who makes an excellent English breakfast and looks after his guests.

Great view of the tower from my room 10 mattress was firm pillows were soft and plentiful. Breakfast was excellent especially the sausages great quality. The breakfast room was decorated lovely. The host Graham was lovely knowledgeable of the area suggested places to eat and drink. The lounge was modern and the bar was well stocked. The animal decor in the hall, stairs and landing was great. My dietary requirements were handled perfectly. The B&B is centrally located Looking forward to my next trip to Blackpool. Will stay here agin

Turned up today for a room, after a lot of confusion realised I mistakenly booked for next month. The guy( sorry in all the confusion didn't take your name) couldn't do enough to help us and Michelle kindly let us swap dates as they were fully booked. We look forward to staying in August !!!

I booked the hotel and my fault booked the wrong dates.. the lady I spoke to was very accommodating and sorted out my booking. On arrival was met by Graham, who showed us to our room explained everything but also the knowledge about round blackpool, drinking holes to go where good prices for drinks but also good atmospheres. How to get to certain places via different roads.. thanks graham you cut us a good 20 mins of the route we would have taken.. lovely breakfast and the beds were so comfy. Best nights sleep I've had in a while. Thanks for your hospitality we will be back.

Stayed here with my wife for the weekend and we were glad we did its right central to where we wanted to be, room was nice with comfortable beds and the full English breakfast is the best I've had at any place in Blackpool and the host Graham was nice and talkative and very helpful so I would highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Just back from a great weekend at the rockley hotel, Graham the host was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and clean and the breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had in Blackpool and I have been to many hotels there. The location is perfect for shopping, winter gardens, amusements and beach, the only negative was the sink for washing and brushing teeth was in the room with the beds and not the bathroom so no privacy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be returning
