I had to use 20,000 points to stay here but it was worth it the motels very clean and in good shape and managed well and we had a suite at two queens. The bedroom very comfortable sweet girls, extra room and purposes normal but being in this jail area is probably one of the better motels it’s $100 room but it didn’t cost me anything but 10 days the points go down to 10,000 but oh well yeah we’re down here golfing in Jackson cell if I was in the area I would stay here again for sure

We arrived after Midnight. We found that the doors are locked during certain hours (I believe it is 10 pm and 6 am) and we had to press an intercom button to get the attention of someone at the front desk onky nobody was there. My husband pressed the button several times and knocked on the glass doors and finally someone came to let us in. Turns out the intercom buzzer wasn't working (we tested it with the employee). Other than that the stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and there was an extra pillow on the bed. The room was clean and as we were only staying over night, we didn't have use for the amenities.

Hotel was good, good location for where I needed to go, first time stay at Tru and boy what a disappointment. Go downstairs for breakfast and asked staff who was laid back on sofa, where are the eggs? She replied in a not so friendly way there are no eggs today, no explanation no nothing. Last time I will stay at this chain, all hotels in area serve breakfast with eggs, if it is an order issue the manager should be reprimanded, if a staff didn't feel like making eggs issue the manager should address it. I thought I went to a third tier chain motel!

travel takes me to many locations with the opportunity to stay at a broad range of hotels. I was here for only one night, but have to say this this one of the best hotel experiences I have had in quite a while. The hotel is new so not yet subject to the wear and tear of time. However, one can tell that there has been an attention to detail to keeping this place spotless for guests. The lobby is spacious and well-lit with plenty of seating for dining or lounging with colleagues. Breakfast was prepared to order and very good. The lobby has some additional seating areas that offer some privacy which I used to conduct some work while hanging out there. The room was perfect - modern, clean, and comfortable. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived for check-in, asking for help with local restaurants, and the bistro. Lea (sp) was particularly helpful. This hotel will become my go-to location to stay in Jackson in the future! Highly recommend.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson

We traveled across the country and spent many nights on the road. Utilizing Trip Advisor I tried to plan our stays with hotels with good reviews. This was not an easy job. Lots of time I had to look at hotels further down the road then we preferred to drive to find a good one. I can only assume hotels are having a hard time finding workers hence the bad reviews. This hotel was great. Just a regular Holiday Inn Express but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very happy with this hotel and this hotel brand.

Stay as far away as you can from this place! I'm going to try to be as objective as possible here and will point out the goods things. 1. We arrived at 8 pm. When we arrived we were told that our rooms were not paid for and we had to pay. However, I had two prepaid rooms through the Hilton website. We waited for almost two hours. I called Hilton three times and they said to the front desk staff that it was paid for. The front staff called the manager and finally they ”allowed” us to go to our room and was told that things were going to be settled in the morning. The morning came and a different staff member told me the night staff forgot to change the reservation from credit card to prepaid. 2. The beds are OLD. Our king size bed had a hole in the middle and absolutely no support. I believe that it's one of those mattresses that you can flip, not sure but I believe it was. 3. The hotel offers clean up/tidy up every other day. We stayed Tuesday to Friday. On Thursday morning at 10 am we get a knock on the door. The lady asks what we needed. She handed my husband trash bags and towels. Yup, we were supposed to take trash out by ourselves and I guess keep piling towels one on top of the other. I called the front desk and asked for our room to be done. We come back late at night. Trash was out and old towels were taken. However, the beds were not done. Rolls of clean sheets were left on our three beds/two bedrooms. Yes, we are supposed to make our own beds. Good things about the hotel: Breakfast. It was good. However, the waffle maker was broken. Room products. They have Seven products and they are pretty good. They do not leave your skin dry. Ac/Heating Unit. They work as they are supposed to. I stay in hotels all the time. Some for professional reasons and many more for family vacation. This was a family vacation. This place is good for a one night stop and done. Manager needs to work on training their staff and updating the beds.
