Myself and my family were attending an event nearby,hotel is great it’s right in the centre everything is close by.(carpark is free) we had dinner and would definitely recommend it’s affordable for the family, the food was delicious and the service was great by the lovely Casey and Declan who helped us with any questions we had and made us feel welcome. will be back again.

I was very impressed with the care taken in the restaurant with my gluten intolerance .The staff were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. As usual, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money

Decent sleep. Staff were friendly, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, towels provided. Two negatives - glasses weren't clean , had to clean in bathroom before using. - Car park isn't linked (per say) to the hotel. Didn't have to pay for the parking as it was linked in with price of stay.

Room was outdated, dirty and had a weird smell. The A/C wasn't working and the room got very hot and stuffy. The rooms needs deep cleaning and refurbishing. The towels had stains. Mattress was a bit dirty too. Very disappointed with this hotel as i have stayed here before and it was much better before. I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent staff and very professional. Heating in my room had an issue and they offered to relocate us immediately to another room. excellent customer service. Hotel is literally opposite the Train Station and in the middle of the City Centre. Great selection og Breakfast Items with table service Will be staying here again

Excellent convenient location for Blackburn centre and the train station. Comfy warm room. Lovely staff. Good value for money. Lovely bedroom view of the cathedral. This is my usual go to choice for trips visiting family and friends in the area.

Just felt warm, safe and very, very comfortable. Food was good quality too. We were attending a musical event at Blackburn Cathedral and Premier Inn was just the best location! Highly recommend this Premier Inn and the staff there. I will be booking there again.
