Fantastic location very convenient pub food is affordable and good variety on the menu staff is very friendly

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean and even provided biscuits.

I like this hotel and have stayed here a few times. It is well located near Blackburn just off the M65 at junction 5. The on site pub is nice and there are also numerous places nearby where you can socialise and eat and drink. The room is of a high standard and modern, the bathroom is more than adequate for shaving or doing makeup properly. The room was warm and comfortable even though it was quite cold outside. Check-in is straight forward and handled in the adjoining pub. Once you have checked in your key card gives you access into the hotel accommodation. There is a night porter available when the pub is closed but you won't see staff in the hotel accomodation apart from housekeepers in the morning so it's useful if a little discretion is required.

Had a great 2 night stay. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff who are always ready to help. The food was great considering it was pub grub. Breakfast was great too with a good selection. Will definitely come again.

Requested a travel cot and was told this was possible, however when entering the room I noticed the request hadn't been fulfilled. Thankfully I brought my own anyway but still frustrating to have a request ignored. Check in wasn't manned at 5pm on a Friday, I had to go over the road to the busy pub with my two small children, less than ideal. There was a slight smell of sewerage from the bathroom when left unattended for a while, seemed to actually be coming from the bath plug hole. A few noisy guests at 11pm, but to be fair the hotel can't manage that, so I haven't marked down for that.

The room was lovely and clean, but the linen and towels had a strange smell to them, even on the new towels the staff gave us.

The price was really good, the check in was easy, location was nice and quiet and the room was clean. I can fault it, ive stayed in other places where I paid twice as much and the rooms were horrible. Dinner was lovely as well, only thing that I found lacking to be honest with the english breakfast, the hash browns and bacon let it down slightly. However would love to stay again

Second stay at the Willows, Blackburn. It’s a convenient hotel near our family and close to motorway.

Fab service from staff, room was clean and organised. Allocated a room right across from the door to the stairs so was very noisy and there was people slamming doors alot which disrupted our sleep. Also it was scented toilet roll which isnt always the best choice for ladies (if you know you know )

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent value.

The room was very comfortable. There was everything we needed. Clean and tidy room, very quiet. Pub next door.
