The home is located just within the city limits of Oshkosh, 4 miles from EAA, 1 mile from boat landings, 16 miles to Fond du Lac and 27 miles to Appleton. This beautiful 4 bedroom home boasts three bedrooms on the main floor and one in the lower level. All Queen size beds, including an additional queen size murphy bed. Great game room and entertainment area in lower level. The outside area is great for entertaining which includes a hot tub. We would love to host your group.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).We charge $100 per dog per stay..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Outdoor quiet time between 10pm and 7am..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
