Birdie's Nest

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at Birdies Nest. Superb location right next to the Carribbean Sea and beach with uninterrupted views from our spacious deck off the lovely top floor apartment and from the infinity pool below. It has beautiful gardens and birdlife, it's like living in your own botanical garden. Prince is a caring and super helpful host, nothing is too much trouble and he has an amazing knowledge of the Island and all it's assets. Princess, his Mum, is kind and friendly too, we loved getting to know her. We didn't hire a car, we enjoyed walking locally and had a regular taxi, via Prince, to get right around the Island's beautiful beaches, viewpoints, waterfalls rainforest and other attractions. We experienced the Island and culture with Prince as our guide and saw and did much more than we thought possible. This was a truly authentic Carribbean experience where we were welcomed by the locals and felt very safe and happy throughout our stay. Special highlights for us were when Prince took us to see some amazing Hummingbirds close up on our hands, watching the local steel band competition in Black Rock and riding the horses in the sea at Bucco Bay. Just returned from another beautiful stay at Birdies nest. Happy to say this was my 5th stay there with my family. Our host Prince, was the same as before caring and making sure we were comfortable. I instantly noticed the safety upgrades to the apartment such as the security lock on the door and the rails on the edge of the property. I'm already missing the beautiful sunset while relaxing in the pool. Overall it was another amazing stay!

We stayed two years ago and were delighted to find that all was as before, if anything slightly better as the host, Prince makes sure facilities are gradually upgraded. We loved the view, looking out on the sea with the sound of surf and abundant birdlife. Very quiet and peaceful, with private pool, often unoccupied except us and convenient for local early morning beach walks. A car is needed for shopping etc as its self-catering , with good cooking facilites. Bedroom and living room roomy, clean and comfortable. We'd heartily recommend this place for a relaxing holiday and Prince is a great host, always willing to check out if we needed anything extra.

An experience to be had. + The view was majestic, quiet with the sounds of the waves. Birds singing and the peaceful relaxing energy it brought. I was able to fall asleep soundly on my first night. The access to the beach, at any time just moments (not minutes )away from our stay , to the pool was the best for me. With the option of cooking facilities and near by shops and restaurants literally walking distance. The host was exceptionally helpful, with organizing vehicle rental, suggestions and references of where and what to do, eat etc with more to visit and experiences to be had on the island. My mom and I got a tour of a few spots and sights on our morning of checkout, which I greatly appreciated with our drop off on leaving the island . Therefore to close I do have to agree with mom this was the best vacation spot we've had so far..to return in the future will be a blessing. - That my vacation wasn't longer

I have stayed in many places in Tobago but this place is my favourite. It has the best combination of sea, pool, great service and comfort, qualities that many others don't offer and the host will do his best to fulfil all your requirements and make you feel welcomed, happy and safe. This place is truly a gem on the island.

Everything Was Well Prepared And Available To Us Including The Landlord. The Rooms Were Clean And The Living Room And Kitchen Were Ready For Any Guest The Pool Was Very Clean And Well Equipped With Everything We Needed
