Andalucia Beach Hotel & Residence

I do not recommend this hotel at all, very disappointed, I who had a lot of expectations because I was able to go to the swimming pool before and I had very good memories. When I wanted to stay there with my husband and my baby, we were given a room that is on the top floor without an elevator (with a 1 year old baby and a stroller it is complicated ...) When we speak about it at the reception he tells us that there are no other rooms available, and that two days go by quickly ... in short, no consideration When we enter the room, it is the bad surprise, we discover an unsanitary accommodation, without security (broken and accessible electrical outlet), there are brown stains on the wall of the room, broken furniture, a damaged balcony, a leaking faucet, humidity IN SHORT a lot of problems and a big disappointment of this hotel which is supposedly a 4 star. After a complaint, he offers us another room "more spacious and better" according to him, but room with smell of humidity. We had to leave. How can a 4 star hotel offer accommodation like that, without any consideration for their customers. We are not in a small local hotel with 1 star but still one of the most important in Bizerte, you should review your rooms and renovate them a minimum. Respect your customers. Hotel to avoid!!

Una maleducazione unica. Siamo arrivati e ci dicono senza neanche controllare (!!!) che non c’era nessuna prenotazione per noi. 2 ore lì a litigare e si scopriva che avevamo ragione noi. Non avevano la nostra camera disponibile e ce ne hanno data un’altra abbastanza sporca con il condizionatore che non funzionava e che quindi abbiamo dovuto insistere per riparare subito. In più avevo una medicina che doveva assolutamente stare in frigorifero ma il frigorifero non funzionava. E pure lì il tizio della reception 0 disponibilità. Per fortuna che il tecnico è stato di aiuto. Abbiamo chiesto degli asciugamani (perché non c’erano al nostro arrivo) e ci hanno portato un asciugamano grande e 3 piccoli nonostante fossimo 2 persone La colazione scarsa Il posto abbastanza sporco Il personale della reception maleducato !!!

Très beau cadre qui laisse présager le pire !! Nous nous sommes installer au départ sur les transats où tout allait bien jusque ce que nous décidions de manger … 7 serveurs… une dizaine de personnes à consommer ce qui est loin d’être beaucoup et pourtant on tarde à s’occuper de notre table. Une fois les commandes faites très longue attente (dépassement des 1h pour des pizzas, des frites et une coupe de fruits). Quant aux bouteilles d’eau apportée à la fin du repas, il n’y a plus d’intérêt. Pourtant c’est pas faute d’avoir demander plusieurs fois !! De plus certains serveurs étaient méprisant et rigolaient quand on leur demandait ce que nous avions commandé. La table de derrière furieuse également. Nous avions dû nous énervé et malgré cela il manquait encore des choses. Au final nous n’avons pas finis nos plats qui étaient infects ! Même les fruits n’étaient pas bons ! Et ne parlons pas de l’état des toilettes où il y en a de partout.

Que dire, je voulais réserver un séjour de 15 nuitées pour un groupe de 16 pax. Je contacter l'hôtel par mail mais pas de réponse. J'appelles et là ims me disent d'envoyer le mail encore une fois. Je le fais et j'attends mais sans réponse. J'appelles pour relancer ma demande 5 fois qu'à chaque fois on me promets de répondre avec l'offre. J'ai pu parler avec une responsable réservation Mme Baya mais.... sans succès après 2 mois déjà. Morale: Respecter le client ne passe jamais ainsi.

Piuttosto un apparthotel, livello di pulizia è manutenzione generale molto scarsa, servizi in generale caotici non organizzati, piccola colazione un disastro, qualità scadente, poca scelta, senza bevande calde, solo un cattivo caffè, peraltro freddo e latte tiepido.
