Holiday Inn Express & Suites TULSA SOUTH BIXBY by IHG

This is the second time I’ve stayed there and the hotel staff was very nice! The breakfast was just fine and the location is good because there is a CVS next door and a gas station and fast food nearby, as well as a movie theater in the parking lot. Negatives were there were multiple spilled drinks in the elevator and hall at times that were left there and you could tell my bedroom wasn’t fully cleaned. The sheets, towels and trash was all taken care of but you could see ring marks on the counters and nightstand and you could see the carpet had not been vacuumed because there were food crumbs in a very noticeable spot on the first day when I walked in. The rooms are nice and spacious and I do like the hotel. I think if they cleaned a bit more it would get a higher review.

The breakfast was underwhelming. The sausage links were grey and unappealing to the eye. The eggs were crumbling and dry. The milk containers were past their expiration date and when my daughter poured it it was curdled. One pancake making station, especially in a town that hosts a ton of baseball and softball tournaments seems pretty silly.

At some hotels, you have to deal with fluctuating shower temperatures and low pressure, but the shower at this hotel was excellent—consistent temperature and perfect pressure.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very beautiful and clean inside and out My concern was. I removed the placard from my door handle so housekeeping can clean my room. I left the hotel around 12:30 Sat afternoon and returned around 6pm Sun afternoon I left out around 3pm, returned around 5. Housekeeping was diagnosed across the hall as I was leaving. . It wasn't a big issue I had 3 sets of towels, so I was straight. All in all the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I wanted to sleep in Saturday and Sunday. I did eat breakfast this morning.. FYI... there were kids running in the hallway Sunday morning But that's it... thank you

Clean room. Horrible staff throughout the Hotel. From the custodian to the pool attendant every one acted as if the guests were bothering them by just being there. Very rude.

Horrible, we scheduled a stay well in advance. I called was told we didn’t need to pay over the phone the day prior but would get payment when arrive. Show up - the hotel cancelled our booking and didn’t even notify us or the 3rd party they got them the business. Then arrive and had to end up switching rooms 3 times, staff wasn’t helpful (seemed it was all about money) wouldn’t allow our team to eat in the lobby. When asking about management was told there is none. Ran out breakfast but was told they won’t provide more people ate it all 1 hour before ending. Hotel had holes and then over charged us by $50. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is only a few of the issues!

The staff was great and the room was clean and had everything that was quoted in the information provided by the website.

Old food under the mattress of the couch pull out. No kleenex in the kleenex box. Other than that, it was a good stay

Room was not the cleanest. The bed wasn’t done all the way and there was a towel on the floor under the sink in the bathroom.
