I was going on a jungle trip and this was the nearest hotel. I wouldn't have been attracted to the hotel, save for the location. However, it was a brilliant, friendly hotel with super staff. Breakfast was in the large restaurant on the ground floor with stunning murals. They were full of colour and vigour and clearly much thought had gone into the decor. Loved this hotel and would stay here again.

Good and well-known hotel in the city, near the harbor. Very friendly, attentive staff. Rich breakfast, tasted very good. Privacy-protected swimming pool with showers. Drinking water dispensers in the hallways 👍

Top notch hotel in Bitung area! With lovely staffs and great hospitality. They're ready to help and very informative. The room are clean and I do not expected to be that good with reasonable price. The view from windows was beautiful🤍 Definitely worth to stay when in Bitung!
