Paloma Family Club

Just back from a 10 night stay at Paloma. Having booked this holiday back in July 2022 we got a real bargain price! Our room was fantastic a family room for 2 of us and was really clean . On arrival after a fantastic private transfer we were given a little box with a few snacks in it as it was late at night and food was finished . Got up on the first morning and made our way to breakfast that was fresh pancakes..boiled eggs etc and it was OK. Most of the experience with the food was positive there was always plenty to eat the cheese omelette were lovely and the fried eggs were perfect shame they weren't on every day ! One Massive negative was the flies !!! This really did impact the meal times as there is no flies killers and eating outside uncovered made it a horrendous uncomfortable experience that I'm sure if they added a few fly catchers would make a massive difference to meal times . The restaurant is up so many steps that have no handrails either this was a issue as carrying plates or drinks there is nothing to hold onto and the steps are tiles so dangerous ! Saying that yet again the food was always good and the staff up there work sooo hard at clearing tables maybe because of the flies to be honest . Just aswell for the pool bar snacks between 12.30 and 3.30 save having to climb those steps . And the iceream was lovely aswell . All the staff in this place really can't do enough for you . Rizza and Oban our wee pals behind the bar really made our holiday fantastic and we had such a good laugh with them .Rizza took a liking to my husband and loved to wind him up everyday 😆 The biggest issue with this place really for me was the terrible drinks. I don't book a holiday just for the drinks but al Inc drinks were terrible vodka and even worse gin no other spirit and only efes lager no other choices . Few cocktails with nothing apart from Fanta or Pepsi if u can call it that as they ran out of Sprite a couple of days into the 10day holiday so unless u bought ur own then cocktails were limited aswell as they didn't have a couple of liquors that they needed for some the cocktails. The wine has to be the worse thing ever and I'm a aldi wine lover so not by any means do I like an expensive wine but this stuff was awful!!! Unless they made changes then I really don't think I would return and that's a shame because it wouldn't take much to make this place great . Having said all this if u can get a cheap holiday there and are hapoy to sit the bar at night with no entertainment then don't be put off Paloma Family Club .

Staff were friendly and nothing was any trouble. Food was good even though the hotel had to cater for many nationalities. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. The red wine initially was awful but upon speaking to the hotel manager an alternative was provided which was altogether better. A short stroll to the nice clean beach and numerous beach front restaurants. My wife and I overall had a very enjoyable holiday at Paloma beach.

Just spent a week at the Bitez Paloma Family Club, it is a nice hotel in nice grounds and the staff are friendly. The beds a firm and the room is compact but meets the requirements. The food was nice and tasty, the drinks were great. It's in a good location with just a short walk to the beach and a little further to the shops. The bus stop to Bodrum is just down the road in front of the Ambrosia Hotel

We are here at the moment and can't say a bad word really. Amazing staff, delicious food.Very spacious rooms,cleaned daily.I was worried coming here but absolutely delighted with our choice.This is really good 3* hotel, better than we expected!If you are looking for great value and chill out holiday I can highly recommend Paloma.

Stayed here in June. Staff were amazing and great with the kids around the hotel. Can't comment on the food as we ate out every evening but the snack bar was good for the kids. Two pools plenty of sunbeds when we went everything close by and the rooms were great and spacious only issue we had the air con was playing up but Everytime we raised the issue withing 30 mins it was fixed. Close to the beach 5 minute walk Would go back again we as a large family enjoyed it and would all visit again.

This hotel was great my wife and I enjoyed the two week break this was alinclusive food was a hit and miss but would never go hungry.riza and oban made the holiday even better great with all the guests well done boys

What an amazing 11 days in Turkey, All the staff are a credit to The Resort. Special thanks to Riza who made our holiday and got promoted to Diamond Boy by John. He was so good and nice and i cried when we left. Also Odin and Memhet who went out of there way to help us enjoy our 1st time in Turkey. Another special thanks to our housekeeper who was lovely sorry we didn’t get your name.The food was edible but it would of been better if we knew what it was maybe put out signs to say what it was.Our only fault would be that people put towels on sunbeds the night before but never sat on them all day. I know this is not the Resorts fault but we have stayed in many places over the years and people have a 2 hour time slot and if they haven’t sat on sunbeds managers have put towels in pool. We will be booking up for next year hopefully things will change. Thanks Riza,Obin, Mehmet and all the staff at Paloma for giving us a brilliant holiday and memories x

Gem of a hotel. Stayed here last year and it was so lovely that i decided to book again for this year. The hotel is lovely,the food is ok,A/I drinks could be better,but always found something to drink. The wine is not good at all but the manager is aware of this and has promised to improve it for next season. The staff really make this hotel,from reception to housekeeping,our made was fantastic! Think her name was Elena or Elefa? Always had a smile and good morning for us and she done some lovely flower designs on our bed,never once in 10 days did we need to ask for towels or toilet rolls,always plenty in the room. The room was beautiful,we got an upgrade to a family room and there was only the 2 of us in the room,we travelled for a special birthday as a group of 6 and all 3 couples got the family room upgrade,thank you so much to reception manager Ritza,your the best! The bar guys are fab but special shout out to Riza,this young man is a credit to your hotel he really is a star! Made our 10 day stay memorable,nothing is too much trouble to the staff here,Memhet the boss is a great guy,dont listen to the negavite reviews,there is no entertainment but it doesnt say in the hotel description when you book it that there is! The pool is lovely and no fights for sunbeds at all,well done Paloma! Hope to see you again next year

The hotel itself was always clean and tidy bar staff friendly and helpful reception always available to help with even the most mundane of issues. Being Gluten Free I was concerned with what would be available for diet however that concern was unfounded. The head chef couldn’t do more to assist at each meal time taking me around all the available options saying what I could and could not eat. The third day into the holiday he surprised me by giving me a carrier bag full of gluten free supplements such as crackers, bread, bread sticks, they honestly surpassed themselves. I would recommend this hotel alone on the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff but for the chef to go above and beyond for my diet simply shows this is the best hotel in Bitez.
