Everything was good except the room was small. Thank you. Appetizers, desserts, breakfast, meals were good. It was good to have 3 pools and an Aqua park.

Problems started as soon as I entered the hotel. Although I made a reservation on tr.trip.com with the information of two adults and two children, when I entered the hotel, I was told at the reception that they only had information for adults and no information for children and that we had to pay an additional fee of around 8 thousand TL. We objected, we showed our reservation information on tr.trip.com, they did not accept it, we were asked to talk to the authorities of the place where we made the reservation, unfortunately we could not reach an authority or call center on tr.trip.com, there is no contact person with international connections, then they said let's not victimize you and they put us in a double room when we normally had a room reservation for two adults and a child, the room was small, they put a bunk bed for an additional child, and the bunk bed they put was broken, we turn on the water to take a shower, there is no hot water, leave that aside, there is no water, the water runs for a while and then it goes away, so be prepared and carry a plastic bottle of water with you, you wait with soap and foam to be able to take a shower, it comes again in 1 minute and then it goes away again, the water problem is a fault, they said they will fix it in 2 hours, two days passed and it was not fixed, they could not find a solid bunk bed instead of the broken bunk bed, then they brought a crooked bed as a solid bunk bed. After we constantly conveyed our complaints about the room, 2 days later they put us in the room for children that we had made our reservation for, there was still no hot water, but thank God It was lukewarm, the special feature of this hotel is that you pray when you take a shower so that the hot water will flow, the food is a complete disaster, you may feel disgusted with the chicken and meatballs, they are so badly cooked and tasteless, all the other side dishes are the same, the drinks are something watery and acidic, the same side dishes are served every day, it is a hotel where you will eat lots of salads, the hotel is also weak in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, especially the shared toilets are very bad, if you want to have a new problem every day and try to solve them, Bitez Garden Life Hotel is the right place for you on your holiday, the best part of the hotel is its staff, they try to help you but the management and administration are so bad that they can't do anything, the owner of the hotel should take care of this hotel a little instead of showing off by pulling his black electric Mercedes in front of the hotel every day, it is a hotel in a green area with trees but it has turned into an extremely bad hotel due to indifference and lack of management, it has an aqua park but there is no lifeguard on duty at the aqua park, children slide themselves, you have to constantly watch your child on the fast and violent slides, it is a situation that is entrusted to God, in general it deserves 7 points A mediocre hotel, not recommended to those who do not care.

Be prepared for a lengthy review. From the pictures on the website, the Hotel and grounds look very appealing. The grounds were, very, but unfortunately, that's where it ends. If they put as much care and effort into the accommodation and food as they do the gardens, it would be lovely. On arrival at past 10 at night, we were told there was no standard room for us which we booked so were given alternative accommodation for the night and had to return to reception the next day. (Unlike some hotels, late comers are usually left a snack if having missed dinner, but was told the kitchens were closed.) But, the bar was open, which was good. There was another couple that had been on the same flight and transfer with us, and their story was the same, no Standard Room so both parties were given a family room for the night. As arranged, we went back to reception the next day and was told again, they had no standard room for either of us but could stay in the rooms we had. Of course, we made sure there wasn't going to be any extra costs, which we were advised there wouldn't be. Bitez, is beautiful outside of the hotel. Beautiful beaches and sea front, and restaurants offering sun loungers free of charge, hoping that you would purchase any refreshments from them, all fairly priced. Most of the restaurateurs spoke good English. Inside the hotel, the rooms are very dated and they are not cleaned very well, if at all! The food was awful, catering mainly for Turkish and European visitors. There was no fruit available for breakfast, but chips were. There was fresh omelette on one of the 7 days we were there. They had no English tea and more often than not, the coffee machine would be broken but when it wasn't, the coffee was thick and horrible. The main meals of lunch and dinner were always some version of Chicken and Rice and was variably, only warm or cold. Met some lovely people at the hotel which made the holiday as good as it was. Eating outside of the Hotel is a must. Elvis's bar round the corner for a delicious steak and Sultans on the beach for delicious Sea Bass. The boat trips were amazing, visiting 5 little islands, and jumping of the boat into the sea. Out of 6 people, 5 of us had dodgy tummies, some suffered more than others, lasting many days. It was on the Monday, when we were due to go home on the Wednesday, that the Hotel Receptionist came knocking on our door at about 7.30pm saying we had to get out of our rooms immediately as they were needed because they were family rooms. To cut a long story short, we were accused of being Liars about there being no extra charge for the rooms, we were going to be charged an extra £100 per day for the rooms. We said we weren't going to pay, we were told that we would not be able to leave the hotel if we didn't pay. When asked how they could do that, we were told the police would be involved! I managed to get in touch with Easy Jet as felt we were being bullied in this situation, they were brilliant. (Eas

I had a whole week in Bitez Garden Life with a package deal with Easyjet, transfer and hotel. The rooms are suitable for families but if all the beds are out it becmes a little small. Also the rooms could do with a little updating, all it was ok as the room was kept clean and the shower worked. The surrounding garden is beautiful bye the way and well kept. But if you come to Bitez Garden Life you will not spent that much time in your room as sitting next to the pool is much more interesting. Or going to the Private part of beach the hotel has to offer. I absolutely loved the food, could not get enough of it. I would go back one day and loved it! Entertainment was ok but when I was there it was more Turkish orientated.

There is pros and cons to this place. I wouldn’t say it’s a place for people that come from the UK or Ireland, unless you know fluent Turkish as their English is very little. Google translate was our saviour staying here. On the first night arriving to Bitez Gardens, we were told our room wasn’t ready and we arrived here for half past 12 at night. They had to put us into a family suite for one night. We were told someone would come and move us rooms by 11 AM. 11AM comes and still hasn’t been moved rooms when we had plans for the day we got there. We were told by 1 o’clock we would have our room. By one o’clock in all fairness we did get our room. However we were put into a room that faced where the kitchen staff were having their breaks. No view of the pool or the hotel building itself just a wall outside across from our balcony that looked onto the road to the hotel for their food and drink deliveries. Which to me felt a bit frustrating because we didn’t have a room when we arrived and to not even get a view of the pools and the hotel itself was upsetting especially travelling from Scotland. The room itself was kept in good condition housekeeping were kind and always made sure we had our little bins were emptied and they always made our beds or changed them. And they cleaned the floors as well regularly. The room does have a mini fridge, and a hairdryer. And a little tv. Air conditioning included also. The hotel has three swimming pools. In all fairness they kept the pools clean every night we seen maintenance using nets to collect any debris that was in the pool like leaves that fell from the trees and they put chemicals in the the pools so we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the pools. 10/10 with the swimming pools we loved the pools. If you’re not a cat person then this place might not be for you there is a lot of cats there and they are very friendly. However they are strays, and we noticed they pooed nearby the pool a lot. This is no one’s fault though the hotel does do its best to try and make sure there isn’t any mess which we did appreciate. The kitchen staff work really hard they are always running around serving people. The food is very limited but that being said it is cooked to perfection. I loved their food their Turkish meatballs or their homemade pasta was my absolute favourite the deserts are gorgeous I personally loved what they served, the only thing that was a shame was I think they need more space for more food, the times of the food being served could be managed better. And I’m saying this because they are meant to serve snacks from 2PM till 5PM and me and my friend noticed they’d not have food served through those times it was meant to be open so we would need to go to the shop if we were hungry. There was a lot of foreign people in this hotel staying, more like locals. And they were pretty rude to us, they wouldn’t just be nice even if you passed them and waved and says hello which a

The outward appearance of Bitez Garden Life is lovely, a clean modern well decorated reception area, two nice swimming pools and well maintained grounds. The food is of a good standard except for the breakfast which is solely Turkish and not what most Irish/British people would enjoy. A special mention must be given to Ishmael and all the team in the hamam……they’re friendly and don’t push the packages on guests. However there are too many faults at Garden Life to merit a review that is anything more than average. The sun beds at the pool are insufficient to meet demand and they are so packed together you are literally touching the person beside you. Consequently people are up as early as 6/7 am reserving them. Some bedrooms seem modern but this is how we found room 113 and its surroundings. The stairs and corridors are FILTHY, dirty marks and leaves everywhere. They obviously haven’t been cleaned since the complex opened in May. The key card to our room constantly failed, must have been to reception 2/3 times daily to get it rebooted. The bathroom was dirty, long standing urine stains in the toilet and not once in our 8 days did we have hot water for a shower. The floor and walls in the bedroom were similarly dirty and the the room itself is tiny. Daily cleaning consisted of a new toilet roll, the bed made up and towels changed but no cleaning of any surfaces. Our balcony was tiny and dirty overlooking some out sheds where broken furniture and sun loungers are dumped. We hated the room but were stuck with it. Just remember, first appearances can be deceptive!

We were put in this hotel by easyJet as our flight had been cancelled. When we entered the room we were hit be the smell of damp and sewage. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the bin in the bathroom had poo on the lid! When we left the room and went back the key wouldn’t open the door. After several attempts my partner went to reception. He was, eventually, told someone would open it for us. After waiting for a long time my partner went to reception a total of 5 times to ask why someone hadn’t come. When eventually they did come they expected a tip! Breakfast was awful and restaurant area was dirty. Would definitely not recommend!

It is obvious from the reviews that they are actually written by the management and staff so I would take them with a pinch of salt. Trip advisor should warn everyone that the reviews are fabricated and misleading. Many of them are written in Turkish.

This is a very nice hotel, the sea is nearby. The service was excellent, especially the waiter Veysel was very kind and loving his job, which was also a factor that made the holiday beautiful. apart from that, I would like to thank Mr. Cevdet, the F&B service manager, and Mr. Hashim, the security manager.
