I stayed in this quiet hotel again. It was as clean and comfortable as before. When I opened the window, I could see the beautiful lake and snow-capped mountains in the distance. I felt so good! Smiling service at the front desk, warm room, smart toilet... everything makes you feel good! There is a bus stop to Lugano outside the hotel. There is a small supermarket about seven or eight minutes’ walk away. A few minutes further on you will reach the lake, where there are cafes and Chinese restaurants.

Very well maintained hotel with modern and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, we would have liked more homemade cakes, eggs and bacon too. The staff were very welcoming. I recommend
