In the meantime, the park has become like our second home, relaxation begins as soon as you drive into the park: nature, a swimming pool, relaxation and fun - what more could you ask for!? This time we had chosen a 6-person Premium Bungalow, as always close to the Market Dome, which is highly recommended with children, since you sometimes have to walk a long way if you live at the "end" of the park. The renovations have really paid off, the houses are really chic. We spent a weekend in the park with 3 mothers and four children, and the house was (almost) perfect for that. One bathroom and just a mini room with a toilet were almost not enough, so we liked the size of the forest animal house with two bathrooms better last time. But it still went well. It was clean and there was nothing to complain about! As always, Aqua Mundo is the highlight for our kids. The Baluba was super cool again. Great fun! Of course we did Kids Bingo again, which is always a fun event for the kids, as is the "Theatre Show". This time we also went bowling, which we really enjoyed, especially because the kids could have a few success stories with the "helping dinosaurs"! We ordered a large family pizza which went smoothly and was more than enough for all of us! Otherwise we didn't use any other gastronomic offers! As always, the service is adequate and everyone is friendly! The staff at the reception, who are always very nice, deserve a special mention.

We had our dream holiday home, which was renovated during Corona. Good facilities, coffee table too small. A door not painted. Unfortunately, the patio furniture was not cleaned. We were there for the 18th time and are already planning our 2023 tour.

We have stayed here dozens of times and have always enjoyed it. After a few years, the bungalows have now been renovated and are therefore again in a modern condition. The swimming pool with its tropical design brings comfort and at the same time the fun factor. The restaurants in the Market Dome have a lot of room for improvement, which is why we deducted a point. In the surrounding area there are various other leisure activities just a few minutes' drive away.

The park is very beautiful. Our grandchildren love the electric cars, the petting zoo and the indoor playground. And of course the swimming paradise. The center in Bispingen is also particularly beautiful.

Den VIP Bungalow haben wir schnell gefunden nach dem Check In. Auf den ersten Blick ganz ok, schön renoviert und nette Einrichtung. Dann kam am nächsten Morgen das böse Erwachen. Der Bungalow war schmutzig. Im Bad in den Ecken richtig alter Staub und Haare. Die Fliesen verschmutzt mit undefinierbaren Flecken. Im Wohnzimmer der Teppich nicht mal gesaugt, Spinnweben hängen von der Decke Staub auf allen Kanten und dem TV. Tote Insekten auf den Fenstern und an der Wand zerquetscht. Die Küche auch bespritzt mit klebrigen Flecken und das Eisfach so vereist, dass nichts mehr rein passt. An der Rezeption hat der Service Mitarbeiter jemanden zum Saubermachen geschickt. Wir waren so lange im Schwimmbad. Als wir zurück zum Bungalow kamen war leider nichts gesäubert…ein Spiegel schmutziger als vorher… Wieder zum freundlichen Service Mitarbeiter an die Rezeption gegangen. Diesmal wird sofort die Putzkolonne geschickt mitsamt Chef Housekeeping Managerin. Diese schimpft auch ordentlich, dass das so nicht sauber ist. Macht die zwei Reinigungskräfte zur Schnecke und schickt uns ins Schwimmbad oder spazieren, dass der Bungalow nun endlich geputzt werden kann. Wir kommen nach ca. 2 Stunden wieder… der Teppich ist zwar gesaugt und auch ein Teil Staub gewischt aber die klebrigen Flecken sind immer noch da… Das Gefühl kommt auf, dass die Housekeeping Managerin „zur Show“ geschimpft hat… so richtig sauber für den Preis den man im CenterParc zahlt ist es leider immer noch nicht. Am nächsten Morgen nochmals den freundlichen Service Mitarbeiter aufgesucht der uns zur Entschädigung einen Gutschein gibt damit unser erster Aufenthalt nicht in ganz schlechter Erinnerung bleibt… die Kids haben sich gefreut, dass sie noch ein paar extra Aktionen machen konnten. Nochmal kommen wir aber nicht hier her… Preis Leistung passt für uns nicht zusammen. Wäre es in einem anderen Haus sauberer gewesen? Ich bezweifle es. Schade denn die Renovierung sieht ordentlich gemacht aus aber durch die mangelnde Reinigung und Pflege entsteht Schimmel in den Duschen und es wirkt schneller abgelebt. Man bekommt das Gefühl, dass man eine Beschwerde in Kauf nimmt da man ja mit 90% Auslastung sehr guten Gewinn macht…
