the TV's in the rooms need to be updated. Picture was so dark, you could only listen to the programs.

The front desk manager was not friendly at all and was not accomodating to us sitting and visiting in the front lobby until 11pm. He was going to charge us $100 to use it for 45mins, ridiculous! Will never stay there again.

The stay got off to a little rocky start. We weren’t able to get into our room till about 1.5 hrs after checkin. The room wasn’t ready yet. However the hotel staff were amazing. We received a little discount on the room, morning staff opened the pool a little early for us so my kids could go swimming. We love this hotel, always a great stay, clean and awesome staff!

there where lots of ants in or room in the bathroom and in the jetted tub. the fan on the heater didn't stay on other then that it was ok of a stay the breakfast was good and that was nice

The stay was fine as was the room, this is usually my favorite hotel in town. But I guess it is under new management and they have changed a bunch of this things in the pool and common areas that make it less of a fun place for groups and families to stay. It just ruined the reason it was my fav hotel, will probably stay elsewhere when traveling with a group for sports from now on

The young man that checked us in was absolutely amazing! Friendly and customer service minded. It was a breath of fresh air as people have lost the ability to provide customer service!

We stayed here overnight to be able to have a family night and swim. My kids loved the pool! I will say that I’d stay here again strictly for the pool. The one staff member was rather rude to my FIL who specifically requested a first floor room due to mobility issues. He was promised a room on first floor but ended up staying on third floor. There were stains on the bedding and the pull out couches in which you can use as another bed (esp since we had 2 adults and 3 kids) were dirty with food crumbs in the sheets. The breakfast was decent!

The staff was amazing, the facility was under some kind of construction and our room smelled musty mildew like, breakfast was great when it was stocked they ran out of things like they didn’t have enough for all the guests they were accommodating

Overall was nice but when checking in the guy at the front desk said exactly 6 words to me. Didnt greet me or thank me. Just "your room is down the hall"
