The hosts Trisha & Colin at Home Farm Warminster were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, always available to give advice. Home Farm is a lovely building and so peaceful away from the main road. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. I will certainly stay at this location again when in the area again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

Located right next to the Bishopstrow Hotel, of which is used to be a part, this B&B is just wonderful. My room was large and flooded with light, the bed was comfortable, the desk was perfect with a super lamp and electric outlets nearby. The en-suite bathroom had a splendid shower and thick fluffy towels. Breakfast was enormous and delicious, and my hostess was charming and helpful. Just off the main highway with a private road, the setting felt rural and happily quiet and peaceful. A terrific stay.

We are well into our 80s and have stayed at hundreds of B&Bs in our long life travelling in UK and abroad. From the day we first spoke to her we were looked after in an exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional manner by our charming host Trish. She gave us delicious homemade cake with tea on arrival. The large downstairs room had easy access from the parking area just outside for my disabled wife and a heap of luggage. The room was well equipped including a fridge and microwave. It had a door into the large dining room where excellent breakfasts were served on large individual tables, without any need to get up to self-serve! Nothing was ever too much trouble, so we had a very happy and successful couple of nights in a lovely quiet rural setting but near all the facilities of Warminster. I only wished we could have stayed longer. It was very good value and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Easy to find and great parking, quiet and surrounded by a lovely garden & views. We were warmly welcomed by Trish, so kind and friendly- she also helped with our luggage to our Fox room. It was light, spacious and attractive, immaculately clean with thoughtful touches (mini fridge with fresh milk, magnifying mirror, comfy chairs for us both, lovely tea tray & biscuits) Trish invited us to have refreshments on arrival and it was a joy to sit in the dining room and enjoy homemade cake and tea whilst looking out at the garden - we immediately relaxed into our time there. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Bathroom towels and toiletries great - particularly appreciated that the room was freshened and made up for us again the next day, making it welcoming on our return. Breakfast was a very appealing spread of cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts and a freshly cooked full English. Just five miles away was The Dove Inn at Corden. We had a superb meal there in the conservatory- highly recommend. On the second night we went to The Old Fire Station in Warminster, a five minute away drive for a pizza. It had a lovely atmosphere and food freshly cooked. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this B & B again - it’s a truly wonderful find! Many thanks to Trish for all her care and attention during our stay.

Beautiful quaint B&B 10mins from longleat. Owners are really friendly, rooms very clean with everything you need. Only drawback was the bathroom was very small, the shower felt claustrophobic. But apart from that perfect. Breakfast wonderful and filled us up for the day. Thank you xx

Booked a 4 night stay after reading the Good reviews of this b & b and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived to the fond farewell when we left we were made to feel very welcome and at home by the owner Trish. It is true what other reviewers say, Trish will go out of her way to make your stay good, from the lovely breakfast to advice on what to see and do. We visited Longleat, Cheddar Gorge and took a train into Bath and had a lovely time at these places. The farmhouse is set in a lovely quiet area but only 1 ½ miles from the train station. We stayed in the hedgehog room which had a small kitchenette with a microwave. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Would we return? YES, if in this area we would certainly be back. Thank you Trish for a lovely stay 😊

Quiet and relaxing place, excellent breakfast. Close to the town but felt miles away as the farm is surrounded by beautiful countryside scenery. Rooms are immaculate. Tricia welcomed with a delicious cake and tea.
