Mikiyas Asamere, and all the staff were great and attentive. But I had a problem with the Room, I paid one overlooking the Lake, and I had no view I tried for 2 days to change with the reception, but the answer was that they were not available, I asked why they did not have if they sold me the reservation, the answer was that they did not have.

Mikiyas was our waiter, and from the moment we arrived, he made our experience truly special. He served my family and me with such genuine warmth, passion, and respect—it was clear he takes great pride in his work. Kuriftu is an excellent hotel with caring and kind staff. We had a 4 day conference and our hotel contact, Mahlet was incredibly helpful and was on hand to ensure our 32 attendees were really well looked after. The food at the restaurants is excellent and I would highly recommend it if you want a conference in a beautiful setting to enhance your wellbeing, while learning.

The services were excellent, the staff were kind, and the place was wonderful because of the beautiful organization by the resort management. There are three restaurants with different atmospheres and a variety of cabins.
